This location is sooooo slow. I wish they’d hire more people in the morning so there isn’t one person doing everything on their own. This is the third time I have to leave after being in line for 20 minutes. Two people left behind me this morning as well because it was taking so long , I arrived at 5:30 with only two cars infront of me , by the time the first car left it was 5:50 and I had to leave for work.

I've been going to this locations since it opened and have a good experience everytime. The wait can be a bit long at times when there is only one barista, but that's to be expected. I went this morning and redeemed a free drink and also decided to get another small drink, as a little pick me up. I realized as I was getting ready to pay that I forgot my wallet. I was really embarrassed and upset and asked the barista, Jamie, to take it off as I couldn't pay. Jamie ended up paying for my drink, and told me not to worry about it when I tried declining. It was really super sweet, and just what I needed to make my day so much better. Thank you Jamie and dutch bros for making my day ❤️

Do not waste your money here, go to the pleasant grove location. I’ve tried this stand 3 times now because of its convenient location and each time I’m met with condescending rude baristas (and this is coming from someone who used to be a barista for 5 years and I’m always really nice too it’s weird) It really is the mean girl shop. The pleasant grove one is fast, quick, and they are always EXTREMELY nice. I think dutch bros needs to send undercover people to go through the drive through and see what people are talking about because it’s not okay. Dutch bros literally train you to be nice and make people’s day, not be mean and ruin it.
