Don’t do the online order at any Einstein. It’s very rare they meet the standard 15-20 minute pickup time they give themselves.

Every time I online order I watch people come in and order in line, eat their food, and leave before I get mine.

I waited at the register for the longest time and no one came to take my order. There were two girls at the front ignoring me. There weren't many other people in store for orders to work on so they absolutely could’ve taken 2 seconds to help me. I finally just walked out. The funny thing is I used to work for Einstein bagels 🥲 my old manger would’ve NEVER let that slide.

I am not one for giving a bad review but I had to say something. I placed a pickup catering order yesterday for the next day. I arrive to pick up in the time window and they said they had forgot to make it. Actually said, oh I forgot about that. I ended up waiting for it to be made and because of that, was late to my meeting with the leadership team. On top of that the Bagels were all cut super wonky. They weren't in half, some of the bottoms would be attached to the top or super thin on one side. They still taste great but the service could be improved.

This location has more tables than the allotted chairs which already isn’t much to begin with. They don’t label their food so our table of 13 had to open every sandwich and try to figure out who ordered what which was a little annoying…and a couple of our sandwiches were cut in half but a lot of them were not. We felt like the staff looked and seemed to be a little lazy. The food was great though.

A ham and swiss bagel sandwich around $7 is ten times tastier than a $20 grilled ham and cheese sandwich I had at a famous bakery in Las Vegas. This place is GOOD.

Great experience. We arrived at closing time on Thursday to place an order for Saturday pickup. Rather than turn us away, Chastin invited us in to take our order. He was extraordinarily helpful with bagel and cream cheese flavor recommendations, and he bent over backwards to make sure our Saturday pickup order of bagels would still be fresh on Sunday.

By far one of the worst experiences with poor management of Chastin. I’m pretty sure he will take this review and share with all the team with condescending feedback like he did people resumes. He shared resumes with the staff making fun of each one. The lobby looked horrible unkept. Our onion bagel was burnt and scoffed at re making it. Then I was going to take this to manager not review but he sat there in the dirty lobby and blew me off.

This needs a correct from the top down. Won’t come back…

Update I'm not changing review and poor way of handling the review with the same cookie-cutter cutter response. Do better

I was here 7/8 20 minutes before closing and the woman working had a terrible attitude from the start. Every time I asked a question she seemed put out and had to mention they close in 20 minites every sentence. My sandwich was supposed to come with chips and said the store had no chips and gave no replacement. I love Einsteins and my bagel was still good but I won’t be coming back to this location.

Used to be good. Now it feels like corporate closed it and forgot to tell the staff. Sparsely furnished, broken fridges, kinda depressing.

I've been coming to this location for years and I personally think that it has gone downhill. They take forever to push out orders and without fail always mess up my order almost every time. I've given them multiple chances to prove me wrong and I've always been let down.
