I do not like how sometimes they put the online orders in their order shelf (where someone could go and grab their own order without having to disrupt workers) and sometimes they leave the orders behind the counter. If you have the shelf for online/doordash orders, use it! It’s the consistency of this location needs work. Sometimes my order is ready in 10 min sometimes it’s 38 min.

I came in the other day for a bagel sandwich. It was my birthday, so I got one for free. I was so excited! Maddie and Bethany helped me out and they were super kind and very helpful. They made my sandwich with so much love! It tasted fantastic. Thank you so much for helping make my birthday wonderful!

Food was good. When a customer informed a staff member about the drink machine was low on ice, the customer was told they were too busy to have enough time to take care of it. The tall sandwich maker seemed to be having a bad day as well as when others asked her a question, she seemed abrupt and curt in her response.

Everything about our experience was bad. We walked in behind one other customer, and we were the only people in the store. The cashier began helping the people who came in before us, while the other worker ignored us. We were not greeted whatsoever. We waited nearly 10 minutes to order, when we walked up to the cashier only then did the other worker acknowledge us and ask what our order was.
Every single table was dirty, and once we were given our order the three workers just turned around talking and on their cell phones. No one could be bothered to go and clean a table. I also used the bathroom which was just as unclean.
Besides the bad service and the uncleanliness, they did not have the bagel we wanted. I understand sometimes stock runs out. The more concerning issue with the food was the egg was green.
This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Provo location before coming here again, even tho it is less than a minute away from my house.

Great service lon the call in orders or orders over the app. They were willing to swap out some of the bagels for different flavors. I have ordered at this location multiple times and would recommend.

Messed up my order. I specifically asked for an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and salmon and toasted. Bagel isn’t even toasted and didn’t get my cream cheese. I tried calling the store regarding my order and to try to get a refund but no one picked up. This is the worst Einstein’s location I’ve visited. I want a full refund.

I had a horrible morning and all I wanted was a bagel. I went to the Provo location and they were unexpectedly closed, I then drove to the Orem one and the sign said “Open” but it was 2:02. I walked in and the guy behind the counter said “we’re closed” and I basically walked out and cried in my car lol. It was just another thing added on to a bad day. Would it really have been so difficult to hand me a plain bagel (which is all I wanted)? 😭

Dining room was not swept and tables had crumbs all of over them, trash was full. Had to push down on trash to throw away our drinks and food. Food came out decently quick but waited 10-15 minutes extra due to “forgetting” to make our drinks said one of the female employees whom took our order originally. Both female employees proceeded to chitchat instead of working. Male employee was doing his job. I’ve worked food service most of my life and this atmosphere and customer service sucked. My pops ordered a black coffee and they gave him a latte. The whole lobby is disgusting and the employees are just standing around. Then I realized that even the trashcan hasn't been taken out since yesterday it seems. Lokey one of the worst places I've gone to. And the bathrooms aren't even clean which imo is crucial. Make UT clean again man.

They always mess up my order. I have been here 3 times and out of the 3 times they mess up my order twice now! I always get the tomato bacon avocado egg whites and I always say no bacon! Twice in a row they put bacon in it when I said no bacon! And they always forget that yummy sauce that goes on it!! That’s the whole point of that bagel! You guys should fire better staff! This is not acceptable!

I got a simple order, two bagels with smear. The bagels themselves tasted as expected, but I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of cream cheese. There wasn’t enough to cover both halves of either bagel. I got maybe half the smear that normally comes on my bagels here. Definitely feel like I was cheated out on- probably won’t go to this location again as this has become more regular recently.
