Over $16 for a Rueben sandwich with no sides or drinks. The sandwich was just ok, I really felt like it should have had like half as much or double the amount of meat for the price. On top of that it was over a 30 minute wait in a cramped dining area with hardly any seating. This place needs to up its game, please at lease make a sandwich worth the price.

As always Ernie’s is fantastic! In the past 18 months our family has visited over 38 states and tried a steak sandwich in each state. Ernie’s still holds up as one of the best in the entire country!The buns are always perfect and the meat and cheese and veggies…it’s just too good. We keep coming back even though we don’t live near here.The Champ is also a favorite and we’ve tried numerous sandwiches here, all are fantastic!If you need some quality deli sandwiches this is the spot in Utah!

Classic Ernie's. I hope this place never closes. Ever. The Champ and the Catcher in the Rye are my favorites and both filling, great sandwiches.
Been going for years, price is good for the quality, the employees are always friendly but the food is just so delicious. Usually there's a bit of a wait but it's worth it. So very worth it.

I love this place but the most recent iteration of the staff sucks. Between 5 people they pump out two sandwiches every 15 minutes. It’s chaotic and unfortunate because you can’t come in without a 45 minute wait after ordering.What happened, Ernie??

Ernie's makes the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and is easily the best you'll find in Utah. I'm shocked that it's gone under my radar for so long because it's a crowd favorite. I highly recommend the Champ, their classic breakfast sammy, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Plus beyond just the food, they have great stuff and a cool dining room vibe.It's not a large dining room but it's perfect for dates or small groups. I happened to stop by for lunch with my team and were lucky enough to find two tables next to each other for the seven of us. Parking is also a tiny bit tight but honestly, I don't think either of these is an issue as they got our food out to us quickly and I imagine most customers are "stop and go" for a quick meal.Parking: The parking can be a little bit tight during peak hours but even then you should still be able to find a spot!

Ernie’s is the best and greatest sandwich shop on the planet. I’ve been coming here for years, they catered my wedding, and I don’t know if I’ve ever gone a month of my life without eating a triple double. Ernie is the man and his sandwiches are second to none.
I’ve been going here since High School.Amazing food, great service, great vibe.I haven’t gone as much the past 4-5 years because:Downsides: pricey 15%, more than it should be. A footlong is double the price of 6 inch. No discount whatsoever.Their Deli sandwiches are amazing but not enough meat on them. Too much bread— but you need the bread to fill up.They ask for a tip for taking your order. Not a fan.Overall a great place, I highly recommend it, but unlike 2004-2018– It can break the bank as a breakfast/Deli spot.
