Finally tried this place out for the first time. The experience was very disappointing.
I got the Chef Special, and upon the first bite could tell the fish was not fresh. The rice wasn't fresh either, so the taste overall was very lacking. One of the three rolls had an unusual crunchy topping that resembled rice krispies cereal. To add to all this, the ginger in the pre-assembled ginger cups smelled and even tasted of wet cloth, like when it's been wet too long and starts to smell. The wasabi paste wasn't spicy at all, and based on the texture, I would guess has been diluted with water to create more volume, or perhaps it's just cheap wasabi...
Now concerning the boba, the tapioca pearls were super mushy and expanded, which for me makes or breaks the boba drink, and that just shows carelessness.
These two items came out to about $20 after tax, so the value is definitely not there. I am not eating here again where there's so many other options around it to choose from where the quality and consistency are more reliable.

Best, freshest, and great priced sushi in Utah County! Seriously, the meat looks obviously fresh. The entire place is always very clean. Chefs are extremely nice. Highly recommended, located in UVU food court.

Over-all, I'd say 9 out of 10, maybe 9.5.The service is very fast and open to specific modifications/questions, which is refreshing to see.The quality of the sushi is also pretty good, especially considering the affordable pricing.From my experience, it seems that the people there are always genuine and nice to any and all customers, really nice environment.My only suggestion would be to either have more area for customers around grab and go section, since sometimes someone in front of me will take their time, and I can't see the available options until their done. Still excellent service though.Overall, very happy about my experience there, I highly recommend it.

I really love their sushi but every once in a while you'll get food poisoning which is not a great time
I love this place, their sushi is so good!! I usually stop by for lunch after some classes. I love the poke bowl too, I prefer the tuna over the salmon :) Great service, haven’t gotten food poisoning or anything haha. Very yummy!! They also have a nice drink selection.
