I know this isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but I’m posting this so someone might actually see it — or maybe I’ll just get the usual automated, generic apology. I won’t be ordering online again, and I’d advise others to be cautious as well. Creating an account for Five Guys doesn’t offer any real perks like other restaurants’ rewards programs. I ordered online and realized after placing it that it was supposed to be for delivery — my mistake, I should’ve paid closer attention. I called the store right away to cancel, but they told me they couldn’t do that, which I found surprising. I’ve worked in several restaurants, and every one of them could cancel an order on their end. I then contacted customer service, and they told me I’d need to submit a refund request and wait for someone to call me before the refund process could even begin.

I've been to this location before and it was fine, but this time the service was outstanding. they greeted us when we walked in the door and everyone was very friendly and happy. The food is a little on the pricier side, but it is good. I really like their fries.

I’ve gotta say these cheeseburgers are at the top of my list! They do it well. I always want to try their hot dogs but how can I when the cheeseburger is that good? We also love the Cajun style fries. Well done you guys!

I love 5 guys, but this location really disappointed me. I ordered 2 burgers and a regular fry for my wife and I. Not only did they get both of our orders wrong, they also gave us practically no fries. The burgers were still good but not what I wanted. When I went back to the worker to ask about the fries he was like yeah that’s the regular. Usually when I go to 5 guys the fries are loaded up. I was shocked to say the least, might have to go to a different location from now on.

I got my DoorDash order and my fries didn’t even fill up the cup, let alone fill up the bottom of the bag.

I like that I can get a gluten free burger and gluten free fries, but it's not great food, just good food. Suggestions: - offer a gluten free bun; I'll even pay extra for it. It's too messy to try to eat a juicy burger wrapped in lettuce, and it's near impossible to knife and fork it without a plate. - diced onions are not compatible with a hamburger. I would much rather have an onion slice. - I get that overfilling the fry cups makes it seem that I'm getting a lot more fries (which I truly am), but I would just prefer a larger cup that can hold all my fries. I understand I may be in the minority on this one.

Being the QUEEN of fries I know many great burger and fry places. But nothing compares to the SWEET JUICY fries from 5 GUYS!!! The mouthwatering Cajun fries the crispy original fries! You can't go wrong with 5 GUYS!! Always crispy, mouth watering fries!! If you want to give your mouth a finger-licking experience, go to the best fry place ever!!! 5 GUYS ( my second home )!!
