I got my DoorDash order and my fries didn’t even fill up the cup, let alone fill up the bottom of the bag.
I like that I can get a gluten free burger and gluten free fries, but it's not great food, just good food.
Suggestions:
- offer a gluten free bun; I'll even pay extra for it. It's too messy to try to eat a juicy burger wrapped in lettuce, and it's near impossible to knife and fork it without a plate.
- diced onions are not compatible with a hamburger. I would much rather have an onion slice.
- I get that overfilling the fry cups makes it seem that I'm getting a lot more fries (which I truly am), but I would just prefer a larger cup that can hold all my fries. I understand I may be in the minority on this one.
Dietary restrictions: Fries are fried in their own fryer - no gluten contamination!

Being the QUEEN of fries I know many great burger and fry places. But nothing compares to the SWEET JUICY fries from 5 GUYS!!! The mouthwatering Cajun fries the crispy original fries! You can't go wrong with 5 GUYS!! Always crispy, mouth watering fries!! If you want to give your mouth a finger-licking experience, go to the best fry place ever!!! 5 GUYS ( my second home )!!
Great burgers, but the fries were super spicy. I've been to five guys many times and I never got spicy fries. I don't know if they got out order wrong or if they just make

We’ve given this place a shot a couple times now. Fries are always either missing on our to go order or seriously underserved. What happened to the trademark fry serving sizes? Total bummer, especially when paying $6 for fries.
It sucked but it was my first time not sure what to expect, the burger i got was just meat cheese and bun so very bland. They didnt offer or say anything along the lines of "do you want everything on it"?

Second time eating here today. I go the the university mall location because it's the closest. I got the double bacon burger, and dang it was excellent! Tried the Cajun fries, and they're excellent as well. Be warned, if you dont like spicey food, bypass these, and go for the regular fries. Cajun fries will warm you up for sure. Overall, I have to say 5 guys is about the best burger joint around. They certainly be habit and in n out all to heck. I'll keep going back to 5 guys, for sure!

This was very disappointing. We normally live Five Guys however this time it was a major let down. Fries were soggy, the shake was just milk with flavor and the portion size of the patty was dismal.
However the burger tasted great, check out my pictures for that. It technically should have been called the mushroom burger because it had so many mushrooms ?. The condiments were great and appeared to be fresh. Nice crisp pickles and the lettuce had a nice crunch. Great job on that.
We got there on a Saturday around 6 right before the BYU football game and there was no line. Easy in and out with ordering. If I could add something for improvement: make your shake a shake. NOT milk with flavor. Second crisp up those fries.
Vegetarian options: Just one sandwich. Good luck with the variety.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option. Literally only one option.
Parking: Parking may be difficult because they share parking with other small businesses. Time your food run or watch the time!
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for all abilities.

I came so annoyingly right before they were about to close because I was craving it so bad and all the employees were so incredibly nice and I had the best batch of Cajun fries I’ve had in my life!
Great hamburger and chicken sandwiches. We like to order protein or lettuce wrap style. They have loads of fresh topping choices for their sandwiches. Fresh cut French fry. Order regular size fries and share.
The burgers are great. The music is too hard and too loud for my taste.

Great burgers, clean store. Similar to other locations. Can be pricy, as others have said. Tally up before you order so you won’t be shocked! Huge fries portion that can be shared.

I came in on a slow Monday, there was no line and only a couple in the lobby. Around 6 people were working. And I ordered 1 burger. They took 25 minutes to get it to me. Pamela the lady who took my order was also making the food. As she was making it she’d pause to take new customers orders. This is probably why it took so long. Bless her heart. She did her absolute best. But for the rest of the people working there, they made it look like a joke. The stupid manager didn’t even jump in to help. She was just grading Pamela’s work. While others were eating. In the back or standing around. The food sucked. Cold meat, and sloppy presentation. Honestly with how much five guys had raised their prices over the years you’d think they’d be better. I’m never going again. This restaurant actually sucks. And this staff proved it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
