Greenhollow catered my wedding last month and we loved it! Corton was super easy to work with leading up to the event. His communication was one of the first things that made me want to go with the company before even trying the food, he made me feel at ease and taken care of. On the day of my wedding, our timeline got moved up almost a whole hour and they worked so hard to get dinner set up faster so we could eat! I really appreciated the urgency so my guests didn't have to wait long with nothing to do. We got so many compliments through the night on the food. We chose the holiday package which included ham and turkey, we loved it!

We hired Green Hollow Catering for our son's wedding, and they were absolutely fantastic! They showed up right on time and handled everything smoothly from setup to bussing tables. The food was delicious—the chicken saltimbocca was tender and flavorful, the roasted potatoes perfectly seasoned, and the caramelized carrots added just the right touch of sweetness. Their homemade rolls were a huge hit, and the cranberry lemonade was so refreshing and beautiful for the occasion.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the meal, and the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive all evening. We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience—highly recommend Green Hollow Catering for any special event!
