DON’T GO IF KALIA IS WORKING!!!! She was extremely rude when I was deciding what to order and laughed at me when I said my name was Winston. She also took 30 minutes to bring our snow cones out. The food itself was delicious but I was very unpleased with the service here. If I see her working I am turning around and leaving.

The snowcones and flavoring were great, but I think the cream was just sweet and condescend milk which I didn’t love. Anything added to the snowcone such as ice cream, cream, coconut, etc. has an up charge on top of the already expensive ($5 for a medium) snowcone. Tropical Sno in Salem has free add ons at a lower price.
However, the snowcones themselves were wonderful. The flavoring was great, there was a lot of flavoring so it wasn’t just ice, and the ice was crushed enough to be soft like snow. I do think I’d come back here, but not something I’d frequent due to price and up charges.

Lots of people there when we pulled up, it seemed like a popular place. A few people in line in front of us but it didn't too long to make it to the front to order. Took about 5-7 min to get our shaved ice but they were really busy. Lots of choices of syrups, I got Pina colada and it was good. I can't remember the name of the one my son got but he liked his too. There were a few tables set up but they were all taken so we just went back to the car. Nice treat to help us cool off on a hot summer day.

My daughters shaved ice fell when she tripped right when we got home so I took her back a few hours later and explained I wanted to purchase a new one cause of her accident and they gave her a new one on the house! This shaved ice is really good and I've been to the famous Mastumoto's shaved ice in Hawaii and I can say this is the closest to that I've had in a while.

We shared a medium for three kids and a medium for two adults. Great place for quality shaves ice. They even had rags to wipe down your tables. There is some outside seating but it goes fast at 2pm in the afternoon.
