I would give this 0 stars if I was able to. I went here last summer and terrible customer service. They also ran out of ice so the ice they used was melted. Their cups were all sticky when they gave it to me.

Girls working there didn't know what Li Hing Mui or Lilikoi were. I would remove "authentic" from the name and call it White Washed Shaved Ice. Especially when the picture on the front says "welcome to Hawaii" with 3 blond girls.

This location is our favorite snow cone shack. Their flavors are the best. We went this evening and the employee asked for a tip then proceeded to sign herself on my debit card transaction. It was very sketchy.

We love taking the kids here! There are a ton of flavor options and sizes available. I really like the option to add the ice cream on the bottom. The staff is always nice and helpful in keeping the tables clean. Seating is pretty limited when it gets busy during summer evenings and you may need some extra napkins to help clean up the kids mess.
