Really tasty sandwiches - but even better staff. Everyone looked happy to be there and were very inviting. Even got to meet the owner - he seems like the most honest and genuine guy. This was our first time going and we are definitely going to be back.

We got HBH to cater our company lunch and they were amazing and easy to work with! The order was for about 55 people and we were able to send in a spreadhseet with each employee and their specific lunch order! This made the process of passing out everyone's lunch orders super seamless! Delicious Food & Amazing Service!

I made a reservation over a week in advance for 2 of the pork ribs for my little family’s traditional Christmas night dinner. I scheduled to pick them up on Christmas Eve. When I got there to pick them up, waited patiently while employees tried to locate my ribs. Eventually, a lady, who I’m assuming is the manager, informed me they didn’t have any ribs for me. Apparently, despite the fact that I made a reservation, since I did not prepay they were not guaranteed. So, my first question is, what the hell is the point of allowing people to make a reservation without prepayment if you’re not going to have the item in stock? What really bothered me, however, was the complete and utter lack of customer service that was demonstrated. The woman did not once apologize. On the contrary, she stared at me unapologetically and stated, matter of factly, “we don’t have any for you.” No “I’m so sorry” or “I apologize.” Lastly, there was no attempt or offer whatsoever, on her part, to help by calling other stores to see if they had them in stock. I had to do that myself when I got to my car almost in tears at the thought that my family’s traditional meal wasn’t going to happen. Call me crazy or old fashioned but I just think customer service means doing a little more than what she did. At least, it did when I worked in the customer service industry. Thankfully, a store 25 minutes away had some so I was able to get my ribs… no thanks to the people at the Orem location.
