I experienced a discouraging event when I went to pick up my pre-ordered ham at the appointed time just prior to Thanksgiving. The Manager named Mark contacted me later on and expressed his disappointment from some things on his end. Results? Mark went out of his way to make it more than right. Shortcomings and disappointments are everywhere in the world. Trying to rectify them is really all that matters to me. Thumbs up Mark! I'm a lifetime customer from here on out!

I worked at the Honey Baked Ham in Orem as a seasonal worker in December for a couple of weeks last year while in between jobs.Although I’m no longer working here, I will say that Mark, the manager at this location, truly cares about his customers and his employees. He cares about how things are done in both the front and back of the store, and when the holiday rush really ramped up, he worked alongside us despite having other duties. Exceptional leader. If you want your meals done right, this is the place to go.Side note, they don’t offer just hams! You can order great sandwiches here as well. That’s not even mentioning their amazing red velvet cake among other products. Overall a very positive experience.

This is always a nice place to go- the staff is always very kind and helpful and the tables are always very clean. We ordered the Tavern Club and the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches. The ham is incredible. Even if you aren't really a ham person I'm sure you'll love it. Great spot to grab a sandwich for a quick lunch!

What an amazing crew here! My daughter absolutely needed toast with butter and I came here thinking it was the most likely place where I could get it for her. They went above and beyond, letting her taste the garlic butter first to make sure that she liked it. Then, they made her toast and even threw in some macaroni and cheese and a cookie. I’m so grateful for a place filled with nice helpful people. This is definitely the place to go.

Wow first time trying this place and was very pleasantly surprised! Great service and vibe. Also the food was good quality. I loved that it was real meat not just a processed cold cut. I had the classic ham sandwich on a croissant. It was part of a box meal that included chips and a cookie. The sandwich was very dry and overall just ok. I didn’t notice that at the bottom of the box, under everything, was the mustard and mayo. That would have probably helped. The chips were ok but the best part was the cookie. It was really good.Overall not my favorite but ok.
