Manuel is an awesome waiter! Not could he balance a bunch of plates, but the service was astounding and the food was filling and tasty! HR was also knowledgeable and was able to make a splash-berry, my favorite drink here, even though I was told it wasn’t “officially” on the menu.
Great job! 10/10, would recommend eating here again! 🎉

chocolate chocolate chip pancakes are not the same as chocolate chip pancakes. Had to find our server to get our check. Grace was too busy sitting down talking to her co worker. Generally we get better service in Orem but it feels like IHOP in general is lacking on swrvice.

We had just gotten done with a long day of driving and found this ihop next to the hotel. It was a little after 8 PM when me and my family of five showed up for a late dinner. Our server.Maack was quick to seat us and was ready to take our order shortly after that the food came out very quickly after we ordered. Everything was cooked amazing and our server kept checking in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. Not to mention that Maack was the only server on the floor and he was helping multiple tables just as quickly as he was helping ours. If IHOP management reads these get this guy a raise.
Our server Gabi was so kind and helpful!! Wonderful experience overall :)

We waited over 30 minutes and it was only two customers seated. The people in front of us were waiting longer and they left, and the waitress looked at us and didn’t bother coming to seat us. Clearly she is waiting for people to leave so she doesn’t have to work.
