We waited over 30 minutes and it was only two customers seated. The people in front of us were waiting longer and they left, and the waitress looked at us and didn’t bother coming to seat us. Clearly she is waiting for people to leave so she doesn’t have to work.

The literal biggest slices of french toast I have ever seen. And our group was also pretty rowdy and the waitress dealt with all of that when it was close to 1am

Burnt toast, crepes had a bitter after taste and no cream. We waited for 20 minutes while there were multiple tables opened, and then the food was extremely subpar. Disappointed, we used to love this place. Gone very down hill.

I have been to this ihop numerous occasions and this is one of the times where it was obvious loud due to the people next to us which was a party of 10+ people and they were yelling, singing, and overall very unaware of how annoying they were being with no consideration of others around them. I told our waitress about them being loud and she proceeded to say that she ‘would talk to her manager’ to which we believe she never actually did as no one went to go ask the group to quiet down and they proceeded to get louder as well. Our waitress….she was something and wasn’t kind at all and quickly got our orders and left quickly which would be no issue except this as the behavior we got from her our entire time there. It was really disappointing and gross. The only decent thing there was the food, probably because the cook knew how to mind his business and do his job
