I'm a huge In N Out fan. My experience has been exceptional. I struggle with many personal challenges and the employees here have helped me feel welcome and cared about in ways I have never experienced before in a restaurant. They do mess stuff up--when they do, I let them know and they always fixed it. I won't sit here and say mistakes were never made, they happen, that said I would recommend anyone try In N Out. Extraordinary all around experience.

Very crowded, but ran as smooth as possible. Wonderful kind atmosphere with staff as well as customers. I was on crutches and everyone was happy to assist. The food as always the best. Provo is a very welcoming as well to everyone outsiders or not. I wish I had the employees' names, but everyone one should be rewarded. The manager should be very proud. Its a fast paced a lot of work even for young people, but always a smile!
