The food and service was great! However, it was very crowded with no place to sit. The line was so long it ended outside of the establishment and it was cold. I know the lines were long because the food was great and we were served relatively quickly. I would just keep in mind that if you are in a rush you may have to wait a bit for service and your food.

These stores are always happening!! The burgers are consistently delicious, the fries are simple yet good, and the folks here work together like a finely tuned machine. I wish we had one in Richmond, Virginia!

i believe the worker that helped us was Frida, she helped us at the drive thru and she was an absolute sweetheart :) there was a bit of a miscommunication on our order and she helped us with no hesitation to get it fixed, amazing employee, made our experience go from 10/10 to 12/10. hope to see her on our next visit

BROGAN IS NOT IT. She was so mean. I just came here to get food and chill. I was not expecting somone to get so mad at me for lording food. She did not smile once, she got mad for thinking about what to eat and she also got mad when i was saying fried onions instead of grilled she raised her voice and almost yelled at me. Just becuase my friend isn’t as white as her. Love this place to death but I did not feel welcomed coming here. Please train employees correctly so I don’t get this again.

They managed to mess up my order after verifying my order 3 separate times. Started when I got to the last window where Ivory attended me to ask me if I wanted ketchup when I've already told 2 other people I wanted ketchup. Then things went to seem awkward as she then tells me wait because my food isn't ready but it'll be out. I felt confident in my order went home to realize I'm missing items and items that didn't get added to my order. Drive back to go get my stuff for them to say "oh" and I still order my last item. Didn't get offered anything for my time or gas to drive back.
