While the food was extremely good, service was fast, and they drew my name and a cat on my bag, the only reason a star dropped from my review is because the female employee decided to hand over my food from my passenger window, without smiling or interacting with me. I don’t know if she has a fear of guys, or had a bad day, but I barely managed to get my food.

I ordered a giant #8 and they didn’t put any bacon on it. There was also way too much of Mike’s sauce that the bread was soggy entirely through and the entire flavor was overpowered with vinegar.
Updating my review: They reached out about my review and mailed me a voucher for a free sub which definitely felt like they cared about this experience. Very pleased with the customer service!
