First time ordering delivery. They never notified me it was delivered. When i checked my door they left my food in front of my screen door making it hard to open the door. Food was amazing as always but come on.

Love this Jimmy John’s location! I usually do pickup orders and they are always ready when I’m there! Super happy with them today because for some reason my birthday reward wasn’t working, and I called the store and they said I could come in and still get my free sandwhich. And then I came in a different day and they didn’t remember me calling, but still gave me my birthday reward! It was super kind and great.

I love the sandwiches. I’d just advise to check your order is done right. I’ve been here twice in the last few days and both times I got home and the order wasn’t done correctly.
They fixed my unwhich "lettuce wrapped sandwich" and made sue it wasn't cross contaminated. I have celiac and a wheat allergy and I didn't get sick.
