Last time I came to this location was over 9 months ago and I'm not sure if the quality has gone down. But I placed an online pick up order and when I got home this was my turkey sandwich. Pretty disappointed, it was all bread and lettuce and cheese lol I'll continue going to the Provo location from now on.

Just prior to parking, I was cut off by a JJs delivery driver (later learned her name is Suzanne) who proceeded to flip me off. After the incident I was inside eating my sandwich when she came in to pick up another order, indicating she was on the clock at the time of the incident. I am unlikely to visit this location again.

Since when do they charge for a cup of water? I order online and then when I pick it up I’ve always asked for a cup of water no problem. Today of all days the AC in our car wasn’t working, it’s 90* outside and when I asked for a water they said it’s 25¢. I don’t carry change around and it is not worth it to charge my card for that much. I’m just super annoyed. I had my daughter with me and the water was for her.

This Jimmy Johns was delightful. I drove all the way here from provo to come to this jimmy johns! I was with my friend. Her name is Ann. I ordered the bacon chicken ranch and it was like heaven in my mouth. It made my tummy very happy. The worker who helped us was very kind and answered all of my perplexing questions. They even walked our food out to us so we didn't habe to stand! 10/10 recommend.
