Amazed by the service! I ordered through doordash but had some specialty requests due to a gluten allergy. Jake was very helpful and made sure we got a "clean" gluten-free sandwich delivered. He was very kind and respectful on the phone. He made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

I LOVE JIMMY JOHN’S!! My favorite is their Chicken Caesar Wrap, and it is usually made to perfection every time! (Every now and then they get the order slightly wrong but that’s expected with fast food and doesn’t happen very often, and it’s still yummy either way). The employees are always very friendly and communicative. My only complaint is the decision to get rid of the Jimmy Mustard, I was devastated when I found out it was gone. Keep up the great work!

Honestly, I just can't believe that even when I asked to confirm my order, they told me they had my order right and still gave me the entirely wrong sandwich. I knew the price was wrong. This is like x5 times this place has ruined my short lunch. Never pick this place if you don't plan to drive all the way back to fix their mistakes. Or, eat inside only.

Jimmy Johns is a good go to place for a sub sandwich. But I’m starting to wonder if they understand opposite of what you say, they are messing with me, or do it the easy way and go somewhere else because I don’t want to be a Karen. NO TOMATOES MEANS NO TOMATOES.(Not I beg you to put tomatoes)

Jimmy Johns on State and Center in Orem is a good place to grab a sandwich. Delicious, punctual delivery, correctly made, and great customer service are usually my experience with this location. Unfortunately, todays first delivery driver and food were none of those things. Luckily, that person has some fantastic co-workers/supervisors that took a terrible experience that was getting worse to a pleasant one that was handled perfectly.Upon calling in to talk to a manager after getting our food the person who answered said they could "make" manager decisions, kind of weird but ok. Turns out the person talking was our original delivery driver who delivered the food slow and with none of the side items requested. After trying to discuss the issues but feeling I wasnt being heard and told I was wrong I asked for a manager, again, and started talking with ANNALIESE........Annaliese answered and asked what was going on. She listened to my concerns, was polite, professional and everything you would hope for when having a customer service issue. She resolved the issues we had with our food and offered to have new sandwiches brought out right away with our side items. She even offered to have a different driver bring the food out which we were grateful for after the poor treatment from the first driver.Annaliese, you are a great employee and the reason for this review being positive. Thank you for listening and doing your job so well. The second delivery guy you sent, Ryan, got to us quickly and was very friendly and professional at the door. Ryan deserves some kudos too! Our food was great and exactly like it usually is. We will for sure continue to be your return patrons, THANKS!

We ordered our lunch to be delivered and when it arrived we were missing a drink a chips so I called and they not only brought us the drink and chips that were missing but gave us so many extras (another bag of chips, some kickin ranch that I forgot to order and offered to pay for and then a cookie for each person in my family). It was great customer service and Brian was very kind about it all!

I'm updating to a higher review because the owner replied promptly with an honest effort to remedy. Original post was: Cut my finger on staple on bag. Other restaurants use stickers to seal bags. Stop using staples please.

Freaky fast is their moto.Ordered a sandwich and it was made wrong. I said something and was simply told "sorry".They need to provide accurate orders, not the "whatever" attitude.Not impressed

I’ve had many issues with this location and our order being wrong. Tonight I ordered a Turkey club and it came with no cheese. They tried to say it would take an hour to replace it and I explained that I didn’t have time for a replacement and that I felt I had enough issues that I would want my sandwich refunded. Then whoever I spoke to hung up on me and I continued to call them back again and again with my my phone call not being picked up or picked up then hung up on quickly. This is so beyond frustrating and not how to handle a complaint.

Spent over $40 getting delivery from here and it was a complete disaster. No ice in any of the drinks, and most of the sandwiches had less than an inch of meat on them! (One half didn't even have ANY meat on it) When I called to ask for a refund the cashier was sassy and abruptly hung up and l am being forced to dispute the charges. I recommend going to any other sandwich places nearby, this place is NOT worth the hassle.

Jimmy John's has never let me down. Had lunch plans for the office (team of 20) elsewhere today but the establishment said our order was invalid, with their own receipt in their face... and they would not fulfill the order.. so we had to change the plan on the fly. Put an order in for 20 sandwiches at 12:30 (lunch time) while they already had a full store and backed-up drivethru, yet they still managed to complete the order super fast. Thanks to the Jimmy John's team!
