We found this restaurant and we got excited since it’s the first Dominican spot we found since we moved to Utah. We drove 30 minutes because it says it was open and when we got to the location, we saw it closed. Please update your hours so next time we come to an open restaurant! Wow! Everything is delicious. We loved the Maduros, all the rice and bean options and the roasted chicken. The mofongo with chicharron was really flavorful and the chinola con avena (passion fruit drink made milky with oats - think horchata with oats not rice) was delicious. The fried yuca was perfect! So happy to have this Dominican/ Puerto Rican eatery in Provo! We’ll be frequent visitors!
