Stop trying to upsell and just LISTEN! I wanted both drinks with no ice, they gave ice. I was able to get that fixed easy enough, but I didn't want to upgrade to large, and I was charged $2 for an upgrade anyway. Whatever. But I also wanted a biscuit with honey and butter... I got mashed potato's instead... I wanted no pickle and extra sauce on the spicey sandwich... I got pickle and no extra sauce.... like seriously?? You were too busy trying to get me to buy cake and crack jokes that you couldn't put my order in right. Ur killin' me smalls.

We came to the Orem KFC on our field trip. The Manager Erica was so amazing to our special needs kids. She came out and talked to them and got to know them. She helped them get ketchup and make sure they liked their food. Our kids really felt comfortable! The food was so good! The kids especially loved the fries..and the ketchup! The kids left full and happy! Thanks Erica and KFC!
