We were dismayed by the dramatic change made to a buffet service plus lots of rules, time limits to eat, etc. high price, no senior discount, and cafeteria style dining. Food was good, but cannot return ever there.

The food was good but not that great for the price point . Service was slow, and they were not very attentive. I had to ask for refills and a few other things we needed since they never came back to check on us. We asked for an extra plate and were informed the dishes were dirty and none were available. So many dirty tables around us nodoby was cleaning them. Hence, why they had no clean dishes? The place across the street (Pier 8) is way better, the food tastes way better, the prices are better, the place is clean and the service is better. Not impressed with kicking seafood

So I did like this restaurant UNTIL I GOT THE BRISTLES FROM THE DISHWASHING WIRE BRUSH IN MY FOOD. How does that even happen?? They offered to give me 10% off of a $25 check. Which took them 40 minutes to figure out how to do that. What a joke! Never coming back. DISGUSTING!

This place has some of the best sea food you could ask for. The atmosphere is super relaxed and fun, easy for the whole family to come here and enjoy. I've never once been mistreated by the staff who always seems friendly and posotive, but not too much that's it's uncomfortable.
