This place doesn't look as good as the other KOU. Also the server purposely charged 20% tip before I gave him the receipt for a tip. I checked my transaction on my card and it was the exact price for a 20% tip. So don't come here you might get scammed.

First time visit to this Orem location, and now its our favorite AYCE Korean BBQ in Utah County! Their side selection is small and some meat selection are missing like short rib, but they make up for it every where else especially in their quality of meat! Definitely try the KOU Signature Steak, it's served with some butter and it's mouth watering and melts in your mouth!

Highly recommended kbbq place!! High quality meat and so much to choose from! Our server was super amazing and consistently checked up to see if we needed anything. Like replacing the grill, taking empty plates away, refilling, and asking if we wanted to order more. In the end they asked us if we wanted complimentary ice cream. All the reviews you see is about how great their service were, because it's true!! Can't wait to return~

Fantastic experience!! The servers were so friendly and fun. We weren't sure what to order, so they just took care of us and kept bringing out their most popular meats and showing us how to cook it. We loved it! It was a perfect family birthday party for my nephew.
I arrived at 8:30pm thinking that we would have an hour to eat. But to my surprise the waiter stopped us at the entrance saying they stopped seating at 8:15pm and that they close at 9pm. I was really disappointed and upset because google said they closed at 9:30pm. Maybe update your hours on google and that you stop seating at 8:15pm.

This is the best restaurant in Utah Valley. Authentic Korean BBQ, with wonderful staff who catered to our every wish. The Bulgogi was wonderfully marinated. The Galbi was delicious. We loved everything about this restaurant!

I love Kou!! One of my favorite places in Utah county to get Korean bbq. I’m glad they came down to Orem. There’s plenty of space and they sat my family of 6 really quick. Their service is impeccable and the meat is good quality. I love that there is never a lull in food so you can constantly eat and cook, which I think is really important when you’re doing ayce. Highly recommend coming here!
