This place was awesome, the donuts were amazing, we got to see the donuts being made, which was a cool experience. They were out of Glazed sadly, but that's bound to happen at some point, but overall a good spot to get some donuts with friends.

Thoroughly disappointed in the chocolate iced cream filled donuts. Paying over $2 each I’d expect them to be filled. They were not. One had only a single bite with cream in the whole donut. The other was worse with almost no cream at all.

I went in the drive through at this location yesterday to grab a dozen donuts for D&D game snacks and I asked about dog treats. The associate said they didn’t carry them any longer, and I was fine with that.
When I got to the window however, he had a cup lid with some whipped cream in it that he handed to me.
This kind of customer service 👆 is exactly how a business should operate. I didn’t catch his name but it was around 4:15 pm on Friday, 3/14/25.
I have already shared this positive experience with everyone that was at our gathering last night!

It's Krispy Kreme do I need to say anything else? Let me put it another way. I bought a half dozen mixed. By the time I drove 10 miles to get home somehow 3 of them had disappeared. I'm blaming it on the dog even though he was in the back of the truck. Just saying.
There donuts are delicious but they are so dang expensive. The price keeps going up. If their hot donut sign was on they used to give you a hot fresh donut for free. It’s sad they don’t do that anymore. They do give you some free donuts during your birthday month which is the only time I get them.

Donuts are good enough, but pls pls pls I beg of you to get a handle on your staff. The girls who work nights (specifically I remember the girl with red hair) are so mean and they always mess up your order. Look at all the bad reviews you have, take it as a sign and fix the terrible customer service for us all.
