Employee’s through the drive thru today provided absolutely dismal service. We got our doughnuts and while we were paying for them, the employee proceeds to smash down our doughnuts and elbows the boxes.I enjoy Krispy Kreme, but this franchise needs to improve their hiring process because it seems I always run into subpar employees who do not care in the slightest.

Came for a free donut for St. Patrick’s day. Hauled my kids there only to be told they ran out— understandable, but the advertisement said nothing about while supplies last. They had other donuts so I don’t know why we weren’t offered a different kind of donut since it’s the store’s problem that they stopped making them at some point in the day. They told us to come back in 3 hours— no thanks. Please be more prepared! Instead, I had to pay $7 for 3 donuts. It kind of feels like that was the intention— get us here and force us to pay.

Visited Krispy Kreme to redeem my birthday treat original glaze donuts and they were out of original glaze donuts. Told me it’ll be an hour and half later until they’ll have more. How could a location not have their best selling donut available. Not to mention took the LONG drive through wait times.

Have a deal going on for the day being the 29th but can't even honor the deal because all the doughnuts are "being made for tomorrow".
Menu says 13.99 for a dozen of glaze, but the price at the drive thru was 18. What the heck Krispy Kreme you guys suck for that.

I know this is a super popular national brand and my family loves the donuts from here.. myself I'm more of a Daylight guy. These things are expensive and kind of playing in my book.. find the location is tough to get in and out of. I will say though to their credit.. the covid pandemic and my staff working long tough hours in the medical field they supported us with free donuts and we're just generally a bright spot during that time.Thanks!!

I rarely visit Krispy Kreme, but when I do give in & go, I'm reminded why I rarely do. I go specifically for the white Kreme filled donuts (years ago, they used to be stuffed & actually good). Well, the ones I received today were stale & had such a tiny amount of Kreme I couldn't even taste it. Original glazed donuts were good, though.
