I agree with the other review- it was neither crispy nor crunchy. Unless the definition of "Krispy" with a K is "chewy and lukewarm" and the definition of "Krunchy" with a K is "breaded and cooked who-knows-how many hours ago"

I was expecting greatness but was slightly let down. My chicken sandwich was neither crispy nor crunchy but it did have decent flavor.
