Got the Warrior Smoothie. They have a couple of selections of what kind of protein you can elect to go with. I opened for Orgain as I'm familiar with it. Those who know orgain know that it really never gets smooth. But this was pretty well mixed/blended and the flavor was exactly what I was expecting from the description of it. The individual that assisted me in picking out a flavor was also incredibly helpful. 09/18/21 Returned and got the PB & J bowl - this bowl doesn't have a lot of flavor but is expected as it's base is blended blueberries. The peanut butter gives it a good earthy flavor and the honey and fruit on top add a tad bit of sweetness. Also got Pineapple Express Smoothie - doesn't have a strong pineapple flavor, could almost be compared to a subtle piña colada in flavor.

I got the 'you beta love me,' the ninja shot and the 'berry monkey.' The two girls in there helping me were so nice, and brought my child's smoothie out to the car so I could wait with them. The juice was really smooth and had a good balance of flavors, the shot was potent but that's exactly what I needed. The berry smoothie was also perfect for my child, he loved it!

I was in town for a wedding and was so excited to find this little "Gem". Lovely staff and great service. I would break-my-fast daily with one their delicious juices. Also, loved the Tumeric/Ginger shots. This is a locally owned and operated juice bar, and I love to support locally owned small business'. BEST AÇAI BOWLS IN TOWN! I mean I am out of words to describe my experience. Simply amazing. There açaí bowl is just like I remember from my trips to Brasil, thick and tangy. The place itself is beautiful, wish I would've had more time to spend there. The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable about every single product/ ingredient they use.Run, don't walk!

I remember I drove past La Soul after I had already gotten a drink at Swig and I was immediately interested. I studied nutrition and dietetics in university so I’ve always been interested and intrigued with the next trend the world comes up with. Juicing is still a misunderstood diet concept and many people use it incorrectly within their own diets. But La Soul, does it right and if you ask most of the employees are able to explain to you the importance of juicing and the ingredients in their menu.I’ve come a handful of times now and ordered the items: Morning Glory, Pitaya Queen, Berry Monkey, and Carrot Passion. I have LOVED each one of them.Here are just a few of my observations:1. They are super careful about contamination. They wear gloves and masks when making the drinks or food. I’ve walked in on them cleaning and restocking and making sure it’s a clean environment.2. My body is fairly sensitive and reactive. But so far I have had no reaction to these. If anything I have felt very good afterwards. And it’s helped my digestion.3. The employees are super nice. Every time I’ve come in and asked for recommendations and they’ve been so spot on. They’ve also been super nice about explaining what goes into each drink and why it is nice for the body.The only thing I wish is that they’d open earlier. I work early ~8 AM and I would love to be able to grab one on the way to work. But that’s literally my only con.

Lasoul is new but they’re far better than the other local juice bars in the area! Their options are amazing, they have great add-ons, their smoothies are tasty, and their juice flavors great! Super cute atmosphere, and they use all biodegradable packaging and straws, which is super nice too. Prices are super affordable, and the staff is always friendly :)

Excellent place! We visited from out of town and had a hard time finding healthy options in the area and lasoul was everything we needed and more! Also it’s owned by the loveliest family! Y’all better check it out!
