Ordered more than one hour before closing, my pizza was a letdown. The dough felt stale, as if it had been sitting out all day before being put in the oven. The old world "fancy" pepperoni pizza was poorly made, with a lot of bare crust, which, as I recall, shouldn't have any bare crust. They were behind schedule for the estimated pickup time, but not by much. That was fine with me because I figured at least I would get hot and fresh pizza. However, as I said, despite watching them pull it out of the oven, it was stale after waitingonly a short drive to eat it. It was apparent they were in a rush when I arrived, as if they had prepared to close already and were unexpectedly receiving orders after a slow evening. But that's no excuse for such a bad pizza. Disappointing.

One of the better Little Caesars but they literally never have any cheese pizza that is “hot n ready” I have always had to wait 5-15 minutes. I asked an employee why they never had any ready and he rudely replied because everyone buys them. Does that mean you should be making more? There is never a shortage of pepperoni pizzas or crazy bread.

I ordered a pizza without cheese. They accidentally made it with cheese but ended up not only remaking it, but giving me the cheese pizza for free as well as crazy bread and some cookies. The employee was very gracious about the whole situation.

Ordering online and using the code to pick it up when it was ready worked excellently. They did over salt the pretzle crust this time, which they don't normally. Unfortunately, one bad bite and my niece has swarn off pretzel pizza for life... Well see how long she remembers that vow.

They gave us a pizza that had looked like it was from yesterday. The pineapple and ham were dry and hard, along with the crust. It was hard as a rock. All they did was reheat the pizza and said they had just made it.
