No Quality Control. Bummer. This used to be my favorite pizza place. Spent $40 on 2 pizzas tonight. Completely burned. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. Curious to know if the owners even care.

They had at least 4 people working, very busy for 11 am, so busy it took 6 minutes of me waiting at the counter to take my order. Took 2 minutes to give me two slices of the worst pizza I've ever been served. The should be embarrassed to serve this, room temp yet black burn marks on the bottom, almost no toppings, very little cheese...paid full price $8, and threw it away after 2 bites...you have been warned.

We’d heard amazing things about this place, so we were excited to try it. But honestly I thought it was just ok. The cheese and pepperoni were good. But the margherita was literally just a cheese pizza they slapped some tomatoes and basil on top of. Idk if this is a New York pizza thing? It was weird. I got the vibe that the staff didn’t really care that much. Not a big deal but I just wasn’t impressed.

Best Buffalo wings in Utah. Having lived in Buffalo, NY for several years, and considering myself a snob on the subject, these wings are as authentic as you'll find anywhere.

I love Lucy's. Our order was taken wrong and it was late so I get it's hard to bust out one piece of cheese pizza for our vegetarian friend, but then the server made it right and gave us a cheese slice from someone else's order. However they also man handled the pepperoni slice from our box and just tossed it, ok we don't need extra free pizza, but it was a strange move. Still love it and rank it as maybe best or second best in Provo Orem

Went to the place super excited after hearing about them. Waited about 30min which is completely reasonable for pizza, but after waiting 30min and already being very hungry the bottom half of our pizza was completely raw. The top half was cooked great and the flavors of the pizza were delicious! I’m just super disappointed about getting a half raw pizza for paying almost $30 dollars. We didn’t go back to ask for a refund because we had already waited and were extremely hungry. Didn’t want to deal with the hassle. I’m sure that their pizza is fully cooked almost always and I would have given this place beyond a 5 star if it weren’t for the bottom half of the pizza being raw.
