If they don't burn their pizza it's one of the best nyc style pizzas in Utah. Their wings are actually very good as well. Overall great place and worth the trip. Ask for the pizza lightly cooked. Even then there's a 50% chance they'll burn it.

Not too impressed. The girl who took our order seemed that she couldn't care less and we had to eat around really burnt pizza. What little that was not burnt was ok. Probably will not be back. Kinda wish that I didn't give a 18% tip at the time I put in the order.

I've been meaning to come here for a while, but today is my birthday so we finally came it. I loved it. Big pizza. Big slices. Big pepperoni. And it's so refreshing to see a pizza place with an actual pizza oven, not just an oven with a conveyor belt.

Food is great. Service is lacking . Don’t ask customers to move to another side of the restaurant after they are already seated, just because you want to close that section of the restaurant. If you are open, you are open. Close when you are closed.

2.5 HOUR WAIT FOR A PIZZA IS CRAZY!Granted, today is Pi Day but I knew that going in, so I order my pizza an hour and 35 minutes in advance and when I arrived at my pick up time at 5:45 PM (mind you, again, I gave them an hour and 35 minutes heads up to make it) I didn’t get my pizza in my hand until 6:30. I know it was “Pi Day” and they had a lot of orders, but that’s wild! Especially with an hour 1:35 minute heads up and they were telling walk-ins it was an hour wait for a pizza and mine wasn’t in my hand from 2.5 hours after ordering!

We came for lunch with our Special Needs class. Sabrina and Sara were so kind to our kids. Making sure they felt special and everything was good. And everything was good! The kids loved the pizza! They ate every single slice we bought! They all said they were going to tell their parents so they could come back! Cheese and Peperoni was the best for the kids. The adults loved the zestpian! Thank you Lucy's!!!!!Kid-friendliness: We brought our Special Needs kids in for lunch. Sabrina and Sara were so kind to our kids. Talking to them and making sure they were happy!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair

Wes the manager went above and beyond to deliver our meal after Door Dash never delivered! He made a bad experience a very good one! The pizza was outstanding and the side salads were fresh and simple and delicious!!

Let me tell you, there pizza is out of this world! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the sauce was bursting with flavor.? ? The whole experience was fantastic, from the friendly staff to the cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for some top-notch pizza!!!

I’ve always thought the pizza here was amazing, but why offer a coupon on the back of the smiths receipt only to tell me no when I bring it in? I can pay for the cheesesticks just fine but does this coupon apply or not? Thumbs down from this guy.
