I come in here quite often, as I work at Ion Solar across the street. Every time I come in the building is very clean and organized, the employees are always efficient and friendly, and my food is ALWAYS fresh and hella tasty. Thereās an employee there named Quinton that always goes above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. Definitely a bright spot for anybody coming in!

It's the worst, they treat you badly, they treat you as if you were asking for something free, especially on the night shift. I arrived at 9:30 pm and they didn't let me eat inside when it said it was open, and they kicked me out.

Marcos has amazing pizza but this location is so mismanaged. We had a 20-25 minute time told to us...which is kinda getting pathetic anyway. Well we are at 1 hour and 10 minutes of sitting at the location waiting for our order. WOW. That is embarrassing. Do better Marcos. This is the second time this has happened at this location and I've had a similar experience at the Lindon one so just can't with with Marcos around here.

Came in and placed our order (med pep & cheese breadsticks). Was told 15 minutes. Waited and the pizza didnāt come. Went to the counter and was told āya lots of phone orders came in and yours got bumped. Itāll be about 20 more minutes.ā So irritated as I sit here waiting longer. Grrr. Oh wellāitās just pizza and time, I suppose. Just not the service we were hoping for.

I ordered my pizza on line set it to be delivered at 7 witch was over an hour to get my pizza at 740 still no pizza I called they explained they called door dash to have them deliver and I could cancel go back on line and reorder they could not do deal that is on line mind you already 40 min past time finally at 8 pm the driver showed up I paid for the pizza it was cold marcos service is not good pretty sad they wanted me to wait another hour to get my food

The last three times we have ordered form then for delivery they give it to a door dasher who then looses it or claims that the address is wrong. The address is never a problem anywhere else. This policy kf giving it to a dasher when you didn't order through door dash is trash.
Ordered delivery, but our pizza was never delivered. The store manager said there is nothing they could do so we are without a pizza and they didnāt offer to refund us either. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and and they had the audacity to give me attitude when I told them simply that I would leave a negative review.

Completely incompetent manager. I have ordered multiple times through DoorDash and the order is wrong literally every time. The receipt is correct, but the pizza is always wrong. How does that happen? The manager wouldnāt do anything to fix it. I got a refund through DoorDash, but no effort was made to make sure I got my correct order. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Calld in to ask for a cheesy bread wasn't that busy when I got there was told to wait 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes I went in there. They made me wait 5 more minutes. Turn into 10 minutes made me wonder where my cheesy bread was. I asked they answer with a petty. Looks like It never got put in yall suck provo one better i love Marcos, just not this location.
