We got to the restaurant 10 minutes before closure and the doors were already locked. The employees were inside and didn’t seem to care.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the store, they apologized and even gave me some store credit for the inconvenience, I know my first experience wasn’t the best, but I deeply appreciate when business know how to make it up for customers. Highly recommended.

I come in here quite often, as I work at Ion Solar across the street. Every time I come in the building is very clean and organized, the employees are always efficient and friendly, and my food is ALWAYS fresh and hella tasty. There’s an employee there named Quinton that always goes above and beyond to give the best customer service possible. Definitely a bright spot for anybody coming in!

It's the worst, they treat you badly, they treat you as if you were asking for something free, especially on the night shift. I arrived at 9:30 pm and they didn't let me eat inside when it said it was open, and they kicked me out.
Marcos has amazing pizza but this location is so mismanaged. We had a 20-25 minute time told to us...which is kinda getting pathetic anyway. Well we are at 1 hour and 10 minutes of sitting at the location waiting for our order. WOW. That is embarrassing. Do better Marcos. This is the second time this has happened at this location and I've had a similar experience at the Lindon one so just can't with with Marcos around here.

Came in and placed our order (med pep & cheese breadsticks). Was told 15 minutes. Waited and the pizza didn’t come. Went to the counter and was told “ya lots of phone orders came in and yours got bumped. It’ll be about 20 more minutes.” So irritated as I sit here waiting longer. Grrr. Oh well—it’s just pizza and time, I suppose. Just not the service we were hoping for.

I ordered my pizza on line set it to be delivered at 7 witch was over an hour to get my pizza at 740 still no pizza I called they explained they called door dash to have them deliver and I could cancel go back on line and reorder they could not do deal that is on line mind you already 40 min past time finally at 8 pm the driver showed up I paid for the pizza it was cold marcos service is not good pretty sad they wanted me to wait another hour to get my food
