Completely incompetent manager. I have ordered multiple times through DoorDash and the order is wrong literally every time. The receipt is correct, but the pizza is always wrong. How does that happen? The manager wouldn’t do anything to fix it. I got a refund through DoorDash, but no effort was made to make sure I got my correct order. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Calld in to ask for a cheesy bread wasn't that busy when I got there was told to wait 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes I went in there. They made me wait 5 more minutes. Turn into 10 minutes made me wonder where my cheesy bread was. I asked they answer with a petty. Looks like It never got put in yall suck provo one better i love Marcos, just not this location.

I ordered my pizza through the app and came into the store to pick it up and pay for it. Upon arrival, the young man working there was on his phone and slowly made his way to the register. He checked on the status of my pizza and came back so I could pay for it. While I paid, he remained on his phone texting/scrolling. The payment didn't go through at first and I asked if there was a problem. He didn't immediately respond or even look up from his phone as he continued typing away. We got the payment sorted out and I sat down and minutes later he came and gave me my pizza. I took it home to find out he had forgotten to add the crust topping and the dipping cup I ordered. The pizza was okay, kind of sloppily made compared to other Marcos Pizzas I've had.
Such small mistakes and poor service wouldn't normally bother me, but because it came entirely from a lack of effort/interest from this employee, I am leaving this review.

Best pizza in Utah Valley Love the Hawaiian Chicken!
Almost every Friday night I got here to get some pizzas with my friends, this time Wyatt was great with the service, good vibe and even though our English is not the best he did his best.
Just one thing, he was doing everything by his own, the other guys was helpless, talking on the phone for like 30 minutes, and as I could hear it wasn’t an emergency… September 6 11:00pm
Please talk with that guy! We need to get a good atmosphere and great customer service, see you next Friday

Marco's Pizza delivers a great experience with its deliciously crispy crust and flavorful toppings. The Garden pizza in particular was delicious with the fresh tomatoes adding a juicy, tangy kick that enhanced every bite. Fast service and great taste make this place a top pick for pizza!
