You will regret not going here. Inside is very clean. I ordered the chicken and shrimp fajitas. I was stunned how much food was brought out. Typically fajitas at other Mexican restaurants give an ok amount of food. Most of the time I leave hungry or order 2 to 3 extra tacos. The chicken and shrimp fajitas from Maria bonitas is more like 2 meals. by far the best Mexican food I've had.

We ordered the Chicjen and Carne asada Fajitas and they were super delicious. Went after lunch and it was perfect. No waiting and no noise so my wife and I could talk no problem.

Very disappointed.. won't b back my food was unedible... instead of crab meat. It was filled with fillers, toooo many peppers and whatever else... no crab... waitress never ask how our food was..

Maria Bonita catered a wedding for our daughter on 11/15/25. The food was outstanding!! We had appetizers which were big portions and so tasty. The main dishes enchiladas, carne asada and carnita tacos, rice and beans were delicious as always. We had churros for reception which were divine. Everyone that attended said the food was perfect! I always say if the food is good you remember. The servers that day were on point and so polite. Please use this restaurant you will not be disappointed. So glad they are in my backyard!!!!!!! Money well spent.:)))))

Best Mexican food around! It is seriously so delicious. Our favorites are the green enchiladas (chicken and cheese are both delicious), and the lobster tacos. The queso and guacamole are also very good. The restaurant is small, but feels very authentic and family owned. The servers are always super friendly and nice to us. The specialty drinks (and even sodas) are served in these awesome huge glasses! We love to splurge on a non-alcoholic drink here because they are divine! We have come here for birthdays, anniversaries, and just a night out. We have brought kids, though it is a bit tight if you need a car seat or high chair.

The food was good but the service was awful. They rushed us the whole meal and as soon as we paid the bill we were asked to leave. We had only been there for 45 minutes. I would have understood if we had camped for hours but that was a little upsurd. They were asking other tables too. We will not be returning to this restaurant. I didn't go out to eat to be rushed the whole meal.

Kinda dissapointing.
CONS - The guac was freezing cold, which was strange. - I ordered a chimichanga-- maybe i misunderstood what a chimichanga is, but it was so unbelievably full of cheese i couldn't finish it, needed something more fresh on the plate to counter the greasiness of the cheese - Rice was dry
PROS - Service was fast - atmosphere is nice, pretty cozy, casual, friendly - not too expensive
Overall didn't seem like much of a step up in food quality or taste from a takeout Mexican restaurant, like Rancherito's or Don Joaquin's, but it's full service with a nice atmosphere to hang out in without spending too much money.
Maria Bonita’s Mexican Restaurant is such a fun place to eat! The portions are large, the food is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is lively and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a great meal with family or friends. Always a great experience every time I visit!

We picked up a large amount of food to serve to our staff for lunch. I am so disappointed in this place, 2 stars was even a stretch. They got our order completely wrong and we didn’t give us all the food we ordered. The meat and sauce was flavorless. We got the enchiladas and tacos and they were so bland. Will not be ordering from here again

Our seats were dirty when we sat down both times we’ve been here. The chicken soup smelt off like dirty feet. We also noticed the servers bringing in the wrapped silverware and they were using their faces to hold down the big piles that they are bringing in… So someone’s using a napkin touched by someone else’s face… We also bought Horchata togo and it went bad overnight in our fridge. We wanted to drink it with breakfast and it was all thick, so it must have been really old. We only live five minutes away, and I left it on the counter for 10 min. before putting it in.
