Only one kiosk working. No workers out cleaning the tables and sweeping. Everything just dirty. They had no napkins to clean the tables or for personal use. And out of grinch meals already when it’s almost Christmas. Just everything in here so messy.

One of the worst McDonald's I've been to in a while. Worker was mumbling at the drive thru, I expressed that I couldn't hear him and then he snapped at me and said to just order. I promptly decided to eat elsewhere. It's not that hard to treat others with respect.

The tables were clean, but my main concern and gripe is the fact they are taking like 30 minutes to get my food out. And when I finally start getting it you put it in a bag when I clearly more for here! I need a tray. I also had to go up to the counter because they just put it there instead of calling the table number I had on my order. Retrain your night staff! They need pointers on getting things out quickly and balancing lobby and drive through. I got here at 6:20 and it's 6:46 and I just barely got my food.

Every time we come into this McDonald’s, the service is horrendous. When we come inside we always wait over 5 minutes with no one helping us, even though employees see us standing there. We asked for sauces at the drive through they insisted they were “already in the bag” they weren’t. They also gave us the wrong drink, and when I went back in to get it fixed, they told me to just get it myself. This is honestly the worst McDonald’s in Utah. I also think adding the sauces to the bottom of the bag is so dumb, everytime I get sauces they’re exploded everywhere. The employees act like giving out sauces comes out of their own paycheck. Completely unprofessional every single visit. Do better.

Gregory deserves a raise he’s the best worker ever!! Nicest guy i’ve ever met tell him hi when you see him and say he’s the best
Went to State street location to get some ranch. We paid for 4 ranch and when we got to the window they gave us someone else’s order. We stayed at the window and expressed that we got someone’s food. They were very rude to us and were only going to give us 2 ranch. They asked for our receipt we expressed we weren’t going to get one for paying a couple cents for ranch. Staff we were rude each other and began yelling at each other at us over RANCH.
