I've had an okay experience as a customer minus the grumpy attitudes from every employee. Today I was working for doordash and on the app the stores directions say to pickup at the drive thru. I found it strange but proceeded to do so. After I let the man know that I'm here for doordash he proceeds to raise his voice and say "if you're picking up for doordash you need to come inside" in the rudest way. I explained to him the instructions but said I'd come inside instead, no response from him. I ended up canceling the delivery because I felt so embarrassed and berated by him. I understand working at McD's isn't ideal, but there is no need to damn near yell at someone else who's just doing their job. Please be nicer to others you don't know what someone might be going through.

I ordered a medium frappe and they gave me a small. Then didn't even give me a straw. Which they didn't have a soda fountain OR straws so I had to ask for a straw myself. Then I ordered 2 Spicy McChickens and they gave me 1 regular McChicken. So I asked about it and they ended up just giving me the 1 Spicy McChicken instead of 2 and then told me I'd have to pay for the second one when my receipt said 2

I am so tired of them telling me to pull forward so they can report false service times. I was told to pull up this morning with absolutely nobody in line. I was already at the window, and nobody was waiting. There was no legitimate reason to pull up. If you're going to do this, then just stop reporting the times. None of them are correct.

Terrible services and 0.0 attention, very slow and delayed orders from an ice coffee to a couple of hamburgers, it doesn't matter, there is not the slightest attention unlike other local branches and example Laredo, Tx, very good attention, respect and services. Pay attention, there have been many occasions of mistreatment and we have already decided to change places..... I warned that I was going to publish it.

I have received the wrong order multiple times over the last month when ordering on door dash, received food that looks barely edible when he proper items do show up, and god forbid I show up in person and have to tolerate your completely disrespectful and almost aggressive staff. This is beyond ridiculous and completely unacceptable by any standard, even for McDonald's 3rd rate excuses.

I wish I could give 0 starts, there is this old lady that takes the orders in the morning that is so rude, when i went to order she was so rude and she didn’t want to take my order on the drive through then i drove to the window and still she didn’t even want to take my order so i asked for a supervisor and she while he was talking to me she was making faces and laughing because he was on her side, acting very childish. Please someone goes to train her better on costumer service.

I'm so done with this location. Something always happens. For once my order was ready before I got there. However, I wasn't there when they "called it out", so they put it back behind the counter instead of on the stand so I just waited 10 minutes while it gets cold. App never told me it was ready either.
