At 3 am i realized I had a fever and needed water because there was no water in my house outside of tap water. i got a pickup order at mcdonald’s so that i could go through a drive thru without needed to leave my car because it would make me feel safer walking outside as a woman. i went to the window and they told me to go into the lobby (rudely). i went inside the lobby and they didn’t have my order ready and it was just 2 bottles of water and a small fry. i waited in my car and they still did not have the order ready with it being that simple. there was a man inside the lobby so i did not feel comfortable waiting inside. extremely disappointed and disgusted. i never got my order after 30 minutes. i wish i could ask for a refund but i don’t feel like it’s even worth my energy. i never got my food.

MCDONALD’S DON’T FORGET YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT EAT INSIDE!! Im concerned with how they have done away with customer service if you are going to eat inside. They don’t have any sauce out so you have to go to the front counter where there is nobody to help. The people in the back see you and ignore you. Eating inside is the worst experience. The tables are always dirty. No one cares about the customer if you eat inside. 2 different times the soda machine has broke which is understandable except then you need an employee to fill your drinks in the back but they act like we are a nuisance.

20 minutes to get my food, the order wasn’t even correct and was horribly put together the staff was extremely rude and when they handed me my food they said here you go and told me to leave and I never said anything to them. Never again will I go to this location ever. Truly the worst place ever to get food. Waste of time and waste food complete disaster

McDonald's restaurants in the third world are dramatically better than this one. What a train wreck. Non-existent service. I had the pleasure of cleaning my own table. This location is setting a new low for the chain.
We placed our order in the drive through at 11:04 and didn't get our food till 11:48. That is over 40 minutes. 40 minutes to prepare any fast food is outrageous. After 20 minutes we went inside just to wait another 24 minutes in the lobby for food. Not only did we wait a long time we also had very rude customer service. They were very disrespectful and belittling even though they didn’t know how to do their job.
