I don’t have over-the-top high expectations for McDonald’s, other than you typically know what you are getting every time which is a good thing. I ordered my food curbside at this location and after 20 minutes, I had to go in and ask where my food was. When I went in, they hadn’t even started my order and they apologized. After waiting another five minutes they had my food out to me. When I went to fill up my drink, I thought I had better check my food just in case they screwed it up as badly as they did on my wait time. Just as I suspected, they got my sandwich order wrong. When I went back to the counter, they once again apologized and took my sandwich to the back. They simply took my sandwich and put the add-ons that I had ordered, and brought it back to me. By this time, my sandwich was cold and looked rather sad. This location needs a serious overhaul in staff performance and etiquette. What a dumpster fire.

The staff here are very poor at their job at least the lady that was working tonight (July 24 at 2am) I was going their to pick up a DoorDash order and they made me wait for 15 minutes in the drive through lane and once I got to the window she said they aren’t doing DoorDash orders. The staff was very slow and you could tell they didn’t want to do their jobs or any extra work. Now not only does the DoorDash customer not get their food but I waisted my working time and money as well. Take it from me order from any other mc Donald’s but this one.

I placed a mobile order and got to the speaker. They told me to wait for 5 minutes while they got breakfast ready and no one was at the speaker after that 5 minutes so I waited for 45 minutes. Absolutely dumb… and never got my food… 07/20/2025

Look I’m all about the convenience of technology but I HATE that it is all McDonald’s uses now. There is never anyone at the counter to help. If you do need something they act so put out if you ask for something. I ordered on my phone and was in the play place with my kids. I had a number for the table and made a mobile order for them to bring to my table. Well I get a notification that it’s coming to my table so I wait and wait and wait. It’s been several minutes and finally I go out to see what’s going on and my order is just sitting there with the table number on it but they were too lazy to bring it to me.

Update: made a mistake by going back... -1 for customer service. They don't give reciepts, send you to wait for food in parking spots that are occupied, bring out wrong food, and then ask for your receipt to confirm your order... save yourself time and sanity by going to the center street one...
We used to get breakfast here all the time. And it has always been a good experience. Until recently. Last few times we came (drive through) have been a nightmare. The wait is 15-20 minutes for a drive through breakfast order of two meals. Gave up and went inside for them to finally start making my order. Other time I was told to go into a parking spot #1 only to see all of those spots taken by ppl waiting for 20ish minutes... Also, notorious for giving wrong items in the order, have to check everything before leaving.
Workers here are very pleasant and nice. The food is good like any McDonald's.

DO NOT order the curbside delivery if you want your food, they will ignore it and most likely get the order wrong when you inevitably have to go inside to pick it up anyway. You’re much better off just using the drive through or going inside.

We did not see any people in the main area until one of the workers came out letting us know that they were short staffed after about 30 minutes of waiting for our order with multiple other customers in the dining area. All of the tables in the dining area were dirty and the bathrooms were not clean and the self service drink station was not stocked people were having to ask for straws.

Longest line at a McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. About 15 minutes stuck in drive thru lane…. I go to McDonald’s every morning, decided to come here while I was in the area. Will not return unless I see the drive thru lane actually moving
