Pull in the drive thru order a mc chicken salad. Get to window when she had the the food. I was charge a extra chicken. Order taken didn't repeat the order not up sell to let you know that the chicken was on sale. Next I told the lady who was giving the order I had only want one of the mc chicken sandwiches. I had to ask for the,receipt to my refund to see if she actually refund me money back. She didn't want to hand me the receipt so I can see it. Then I get the sandwich to eat the one I actually brought . The chicken was not made fresh. This store i had so many problems with this,store. I will not be returning back to this store. Yes I did get my refund receipt but I will check my bank account tomorrow to make it got return back to me.

I got passed up by 3 cars in the drive thru. I finally decided to just drive up to the window and place my order there. Obviously after that my food wasn't ready at the second window so I had to pull forward. Then I get flipped off by another customer because I've been sitting there blocking traffic for 15 minutes. I called to see what the hold up was, and the manager brought me my food... After another ten minutes wait. This place, like so many other McDonalds establishments is AWFUL.
This was awful. Me and my friend ordered at the same time but she got her food like an hour later. We ordered the same scud. The staff was completely unhelpful. When my friend tried to pay she just spoke in Spanish getting louder, gestured around the corner, said door, randomly, I dunno what that was about, and another employee next to her just was like summoning and dismissing us. When we called in another friend, who frankly is less willing to deal with scud than us, suddenly everything was going smoothly again. There is practically no where to sit to eat. The layout means that if you do find a seat, it is shoulder touching close with strangers. The same dude that like summoned us and dismissed us just mopped around people a lot, meaning it was hard to even get in the door. Save yourself the nightmare and awkwardness and just go eat at Burger King or something. Do not recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Nope. Just bad. Don’t subjugate your children to this place.

I haven't been to this McDonald's before, but I'm really disappointed in it compared to others. It has limited seating, was very dirty with no clean tables or seats. Bathrooms were really gross as well. The food tasted good but my chicken sandwich was so tiny for the price I paid for a meal (only could find a tape Despenser for comparison). It is by a college so I'm sure it gets busy during certain hrs. Overall I recommend a different McDonald's if you're looking for cleaner and more seating. Or just a different burger/chicken sandwich place.

Usually, I never put reviews on the Internet, but this McDonald’s deserves a review. This has to be one of the worst Macdonald's in all of Utah County!
Reasons for my 1 star review.
1. I work across the street and only have a 30 min break I go to McDonald’s because it is quick and fast, but not this one. The Drive Through is terrible!!! They always make me drive to a parking spot and they make me wait longer for my food. I have waited for my food for almost 15 min. I am always pushing time when I go to this Macdonald’s. There is no sense of urgency with any of their employees and it is so slow. I have actually left the parking sport before without my food and payed + $10 dollars for a meal
2. Every time I order what I always get, they always seem to mess it up no matter what it is! They give me the wrong bag or wrong sandwich or wrong drink.
3. The inside is even slower then The drive-through. I waited almost 20 min for a 10 piece chicken, nugget and large fry.
Like I said I never do reviews but this McDonald’s absolutely makes me furious with their service.

At the pick up window I was asked what my order was again, so I tried explaining to the employee what my order was and then she looked away and turned around. I was then asked by another employee who had a large hickey on her neck what my order was and then she proceeded to ignore me and walked away while I was answering. Another employee then handed me my food without saying anything, I then thanked her and told her to have a good day and she just walked away. I'm not sure what happened but it was a very unsatisfying experience. Normally this is one of my preferred locations, however today was exceptionally poor.

Prices are high waits are long. Waited 20-30 min for a single unaltered cheeseburger, had to leave before it was ready. Quality is passable at best. Because it's a central location, their prices are usually a noticeable amount more expensive.

Employees are also very unprofessional and I can see them goofing off in the back instead of working. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for many years, and in food. There is SERIOUSLY lack of urgency and it makes me really frustrated to come here. I wouldn’t mind a time or two where I have to pull forward but it’s been every single time. Please do better.
