Well at least with curbside, June 10th I ordered curbside and waited for 10 minutes before walking in and realizing that they were not going to bring it out, I do not recommend curbside pickup and the frappe was not even in the correct cup

I’m not one to usually leave long reviews but I am so disappointed in this location, all of the workers were rude, I had to repeat my order four times, the lady in the drive thru could hear me but she kept putting it in wrong and giving me attitude about it. My mistake that I didn’t read reviews before attending this location, seems like this is a reoccurring problem. They weren’t even busy. I then was served cold food, tasted like it came out of a fridge, and I was on my way to work and didn’t have time to go back in to get it corrected. Wasn’t sure if it was cooked so I just threw it away. I’ve been to other locations at the same time who were busier, ordered the same thing, and was given my order warm and cooked and in about half the time, than when I was in waiting today. It’s honestly surprising this location is in business with the lack in quality of products and customer service they provide. I will not ever be recommending this location to anyone. Very disappointing.

Ordered curbside through the app, barely any cars were there. Waited 20 min before going inside asking about the food, and they immediately gave it to me after I had to show the receipt. This McDonalds service is always slow for some reason even tho it’s never busy

This McDonald’s location is the worst! I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and didn’t move! So I went inside and thought it would be quicker. The lobby was full of people who had been waiting over half an hour to 40 minutes and no food. When you finally do get food, it is always cold and not up to the standards of other locations. I will gladly drive to Provo or Orem State Street instead of this one that is closer to me. I finally left after close to an hour wait with no food! Poor management! This one will get minus 10 stars!

I used the kiosk expecting a receipt. Apparently my order number flashed on the screen. I had no way of knowing my order number especially not having a receipt. Ridiculous.
