Honestly one of the most confusing McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. We pulled up and apparently a car behind us was yelling, but the employee decided it must’ve been us. Without actually checking, she refused to serve us. We tried to explain that it wasn’t us, and even another car was confused about why no one was being helped. Somehow the staff then decided they had “confirmation” that the other car was with us… which they absolutely were not. Instead of just taking orders like a normal drive-thru, they made assumptions and turned it into a whole thing. Super unprofessional and a waste of time. If you’re going to accuse customers, at least get the right car.

Chicken strips day!! This was such an awesome day to come in!! Lobby was decorated beautifully, clean all around. Funny employees very spirited got to dance a chicken dance and got some free strips! New sauce was bussin’ strips were crispy and fresh and oh my how much I have loved that creamy chili sauce ! Fast efficient , accurate with my other orders I have placed . Love coming to this location !

The worst customer service ever!! Basically for a stupid toy I was asked to leave the store! I just asked to change the toy, because they were exactly the same! The manager didn’t care and never came out to talk and solve the problem! Totally disrespectful and disappointing experience!! I am not a McDonald person and this is one of the reasons!!

absolute worst location. was waiting outside for 30+ minutes. 8 of us cars sitting around the building waiting for our drive thru order. brought two orders out to another car both wrong. employees on another planet than the rest of us. management 100% responsible for terrible service, canceled my order after 40 minutes.
“Our ice cream machine is broken”. 🙄 Teach your employees what it means to have good customer service. That’s part of your responsibility-training!! Do better.

went and got a happy meal, chicken nuggets didnt make it into the box and they kept coming to the window as i waited and kept asking me if i got the spicy chicken sandwhich. No, I got the Happy meal with no happy!!!! going to ol' faithful Wendy's next time thx guys.

The drive thru lady and the guy who ran our food was the best part. 20 minute wait on kitchen to make 4 burgers and a 10 piece. Drove back around for the food and got cold burgers and dried out nuggets. Stay far away from this location and go to the Provo or other Orem locations
