It's so bad. There is a weird aftertaste with the yoghurt. Definitely would never go again. Their sour yogurt isn't even sour. Yogurtland is much better than here.

I would like to sincerely commend Suzi for her dedicated work—she is professional, always on task, friendly, and greets everyone with a genuine smile. I actually genuinely feel bad leaving a negative review before a positive review because me and my family love going to munchies for a treat it’s affordable healthy and yummy! But tonight I feel management should be aware of our experience tonight we went in at about 7:00 it’s a Saturday and you guys stay open late but we found two machines being cleaned and put away and two other flavors covered and so we were helped in that way but it was crowded with teenagers watching and waiting for an employee to get off work it was very loud and pretty offensive language was shouted throughout the small building me and my husband were pretty surprised and we don’t easily offend so please talk with your employees about right time right place. Some education on families with children who may have neurodivergent issues this

Toasted marshmallows taste like straight candles. Asked my whole family to tell me what they thought it tasted like and they all said candle. Would not recommend. Also they got rid of coconut which was very sad 💔💔💔

First time ever coming to a Menchie's. Appreciate the efforts to have semi healthy dessert, like reducing the amount of HFCS and artificial ingredients (I know the candy and stuff is garbage, but it's a treat lol). One note: if you expect people to tip when they get their own stuff, maybe your staff should be more friendly and keep the place clean and stocked. It's terrible to be guilted into tipping when they don't provide any service.
