First time ever coming to a Menchie's. Appreciate the efforts to have semi healthy dessert, like reducing the amount of HFCS and artificial ingredients (I know the candy and stuff is garbage, but it's a treat lol). One note: if you expect people to tip when they get their own stuff, maybe your staff should be more friendly and keep the place clean and stocked. It's terrible to be guilted into tipping when they don't provide any service.

Menchies was great! They served me well and I had a good frozen yogurt. If you overload your cup, however, be prepared for anything big related to price, as you could be paying up to $10 for a filled up cup. It is good yogurt though, they are nice to their staff and customers as well.

2.5/5 - I’d go to Yogurtland instead. We’re big fans of frozen yogurt and this was pretty mid. The yogurt consistency for almost every flavor was pretty icy and not smooth. Since the yogurt is the entire reason you come to Menchies… pretty disappointing. The service was okay, not much the employees can really do to serve you anyways. It wasn’t terrible, but I stand by the thought that Yogurtland is better

Menchies has always been a favorite of mine for dessert, which is why it was disappointing that my first visit in a long time was met with… nothing lol. There was nobody working. I was there for a hour roughly and other customers came in tried to find someone and we all gave up eventually. Y’all I just wanted some froyo
