Came around 2 on Wednesday and there was 2 other patrons inside, so empty. First impression was I could not hear myself think nor read the menu correctly because the music was TOO LOUD! No bodies to buffer that racket, you cannot even talk to your mate. Not greeted upon entry..... I got the forest and my mate got the Margherita. Our pizzas were at best warm, you have a special needs person who rules but you let him touch my pizza when he was already wiping tables with a dirty rag and he did touch the crust. I did NOT like that and even told you and you did not seem to care. I DO!The cheese was barely melted on my pizza, hence it was only warm. The Margherita had so much sauce, little cheese and basil and it was mostly crust! Just disappointed. Before the pizza came I spoke to the gentleman folding boxes and explained the oil and vinegar set up are nasty!!!!! He said the night crew should wipe them down each night.... they have not been cleaned for months. NASTY, sticky, finger prints galore. ICK! I wiped mine down with your "so called" napkins..... those are paper towels and hard to touch. Get some real napkins, with your prices you'd think you'd get it right. Also to the guy hearing me tell you how filthy it is, you should have taken the opportunity to clean the vessels versus blame the night staff. Let me come manage y'all! You would have to actually work :)LOOK Up folks, they have never cleaned those dusty vents and it's real unattractive. You had 3 people in there for the hour I was there with 6 staff, I could tell you a few things to clean while downtime exist! POOR MANAGEMENT! bald short guy with glasses if you are the manager, you suck! You had opportunities to make it right but you took a seat and did nothing. The fact I told your staff all this and nothing happened and no apology for Luke warm pizza...... You do not know pizza anyway nor cleanliness..... cheersOne other thing that is so tacky about you: You have FAKE trees with symbolic messages. Thats gross! Get real ones and talk liberty. BUT with your warm pizza, dirty environment, albeit you couldn't keep it alive!

If you like "thin" crust, that goes limp when you pick it up, then you'll like this! Spent over $70 for a birthday, and got a set of the worst pizza's we've ever had. Nothing like their photos, One was burnt, the others, i guess they forgot to put the yeast in the crust?? the centers were flat, chewy, nasty texture. The sauces and flavors seemed to be ok, but not even the cheesy garlic bread was done. Not to mention they were luke warm when we picked them up, but cold the moment we opened the box. We only went to an apartment next to the mall, so it wasn't far. The restaurant interior was upscale, and had the feel of a California Pizza Kitchen, but the quality of the food fell way short of what CPK offers. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

Pizza made fresh per order. I got the Chicken Alfredo and it did not disappoint. Went here with some friends and can't wait to go back with the Fam. Clean place, friendly staff, and quick service. Next time I want to try their desserts.

Seriously the best pizza in Utah. The appetizers are also fantastic. Not a great place for kids, but worth dealing with it.Dietary restrictions: They have a vegan pizza

Got a nice stump of lettuce in our order to go. I can’t recommend this place enough. First time getting a to go order. If you order your food to go, double check the quality control before you leave. This picture is the walnut Gorgonzola salad ($16). The pizza in the two pizzas we ordered were doughy. Throw them in our oven at home and it was ok. We just ended up throwing them away after 1-2 bites. Not edible. The food in house is awesome. To go, not so much.Whomever sees this from midici’s, perhaps consider some improvements to your quality control on your food going out the door.Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly.

MidiCi is always a hit. There’s only a line at peak dinner hours but food is still fast. They have tons of options for pizza as well as a good selection of dessert items and drinks.

I really enjoyed this place! I got their gluten free crust and was really impressed! I'll be back for sure! I got the double pepperoni and wasn't disappointed. It said spiced but in my opinion wasn't any different than any other pepperoni pizza I've had.

Delicious Pizza! After being to Italy many times, it's hard to find places where you can eat a whole pizza and not feel like crap after. It makes me feel like I'm eating quality and healthy ingredients (pizza healthy ;)). It wasn't too busy at 1PM on a Friday which was nice! Walked right up and ordered and probably took 10 minutes. I was looking for pepperoni and couldn't find it but I was late for a work meet up and so I just ordered a margherita pizza. It did not disappoint! Well done! The layout/atmosphere is new and nicely done, very modern and a great addition to Orem. I lived in Arizona the last year and a half and they have so many cool places to dine that feel nice but aren't crazy expensive. MidiCis does it justice bringing that same vibe to Orem. Thank you for the great food, friendly customer service and great atmosphere! Will come back and will recommend!

One of my favorite restaurants in the Provo/Orem area. Their pizza is very authentic, and everything on the menu is yummy. The service is always very quick and the atmosphere is fantastic. It’s always very clean and the ambience is calm.

We asked for to go, long story short we didn't get it to go. Our drink was made improperly there was no cream inside (Italian cream soda). And the service was not good.
