Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

Foods great but even when there’s no line in the drive-thru, I end up waiting 3–5 minutes before anyone takes my order. Then, more often than not, one of the meats isn’t ready, and I’m told to drive forward and wait until they bring it out. It shows a lack of structure and it seems like they need another employee on shift to keep things running smoothly.

We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped with our online order, being ignored by about everyone, and when we got our food, the meat was all a solid block of meat, not cut up as I have experienced in other locations. Would recommend to go somewhere else.

I waited for 75 minutes in the drive thru with only two people in front of me! I got out of my car after waiting for 30 min after ordering and went inside because I thought maybe they were delayed because it was busy. When I looked inside there were only two customers. Waiting that long in a drive thru while the location is not even busy is atrociously bad service. Would not recommend.

The Aloha spirit that you can taste in the food. It really bring me back to the North Shore in the 90s and early 2000's. My go to plate lunch on the mainland.

I love love love the teriyaki chicken...when it is not burnt. The last few times we've ordered, the chicken was charcoal and dry. It's been so disappointing because there is nothing better than their teriyaki chicken. In fact, it's an addiction. It has been a problem at 3 different locations. I hope that changes quickly.

Gave me no meat in my order, came back and then they proceeded to give me about half of the usual meat of a regular after wasting all of my time driving back and forth again. Do not come to this location.

This doesn’t look like teriyaki steak to me.

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. They had forgotten our order leaving it in the counter. After 20 mins they finally realized it was there and gave it to us. When l tried the food it was cold and wet. I used to come to this Mo’ Bettahs all the time but l am sad to say this will be my last. I hope they improve and learn how to be better at their jobs.

Local Hawaiian family here, so we're mighty picky about what qualifies as actual good Hawaiian cuisine. This one comes strikingly close to the real deal and it absolutely delicious

can’t see any improvement at this time, you guys are doing a fine job and your food is delicious but I would love for you to come to Southern California so when we go back to visit family, we can all eat
