Love the staff but I can’t stand that the food is served cold. Everything I ordered, spam musubi, katsu chicken and rice- it was all cold. I always have to microwave it when I get home. It’s not even room temperature cold, it’s like 50° temp.

Horrible experience!
This place is terrible — the food was absolutely awful. The chicken was old, dry, and overcooked, and they dumped so much pepper on it that it was impossible to eat! Definitely not coming back.

I’ve been eating at MB for years, from the start. Supporting Kalani and family. Portions were so big at beginning. I always get Ekolu (3 meats). It included 2 scoops (maybe 3 can’t remember) and 2 scoops of mac salad.

Today, got just one scoop of mac salad and 2 scoops of rice. When I asked about the mac salad, they said it’s just one scoop. And 3 meats were smaller than in the past. Katsu chicken was so small in portion.

I used to never finish my plate. Today, I finished it and was still not full. Recently, I’ve noticed the portions have gotten smaller especially since acquisition.

I hope we don’t let franchise opportunity remove the Aloha in the quality and quantity of true Hawaiian plate food. Don’t want MB to turn into L&Ls.

Checkout experience was frustrating too. Rep entered incorrect item and total amount was more than order so had to correct them twice on it.

Please bring back more Aloha in the quality and quantity. Mahalo! 🤙

This place is great! Night and day difference from any other Mo’ Bettahs around town. Tanya at the front register is awesome!
