The place has really gone downhill since they got a new manager. Every day I go in she runs around stressed out. And stressing out the other employees. Dropping meat on the counter and placing it back in the tray. Food is never ready when the doors open at 10:30. Steak is served cold either overcooked or raw and chicken is usually dry now. Used to be a favorite after but I think I'm done. Can you please train your line cooks how to properly bbq?

We usually love this chain, but this visit was a letdown. The person at the drive-through window did not understand the menu. We were reading the menu and telling Her what we wanted, but she didn’t know about the item.
The chicken tasted like grilled thighs, not teriyaki. The steak had quite a lot of gristle, tough chewy, and fatty. On top of that I found A nice Sized knuckle of a bone In my shredded pork, which I usually love.
Unfortunately, this visit missed the Mark

We waited about 30 minutes for two entrées, there was no utensils, napkins, sauce. Maybe she was rushed or something.

I’ve been waiting in line for over 40 minutes, even though there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I placed my order. Each car is taking over 10 minutes to get their food, and I just overheard the employee tell the car in front of me that the delay is due to a catering order. Are you kidding me? Regular customers should take precedence, or at the very least, I should have been informed about the wait time before I ordered. Had I known, I would have never ordered in the first place. The employee at the window seems completely indifferent, moving slowly with no sense of urgency. I love the food here, but this experience was incredibly frustrating. I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and been served faster. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

I never write reviews, but this time things have gone too far. I get my food through the drive through and I order ahead online all the time. Today for the third time they got my order wrong. The other times before were they gave me brown rice instead white rice. This time I got a keikei plate and there was no meat, just rice and cabbage. Are you freaking kidding me? They missed the best part of the meal. The least they could do is offer some compensation for the inconveniences and get orders right!! I went here to get a quick meal and instead I’m starving having to grab something else to eat because they can’t get orders right. Super inconsiderate! Save yourself some trouble and DO NOT ORDER HERE! Go to a location that can read the orders and get them right!

Came here tonight to pick up a doordash order. The guy with brown hair and glasses was extremely rude, shoving the food towards me once I gave him the name, and then completely ignoring me after that. I said thank you, he ignored me, I said have a good night, and he ignored me again. I was standing right in front of him, it wasn't loud or busy, so you cannot tell me that he was not doing it on purpose. I don't care if he's had bad experiences with other doordash drivers. I try to be as nice and courteous as possible because working is hard these days. Zero reason for him to be cold and rude like that.

Love the inside of the place, food is great, many options of drinks, Hawaiian sun is fire, liquid death is a great option to have. They hooked me up with meat unlike other places. This place is the definition of get your moneys worth.

I normally have great experience and great quality food however my last time I went through the window at the Orem location on about 100 North and State Street they forgot my drink only gave me two meats and shorted me my extra Mac salad that I paid extra for and it was a manager who's name was on the receipt please note this was my favorite place to eat up until this experience I'm not a big complainer this just popped up on my Facebook so I figured I'd give my expert

Mo Bettahs is one of my favorite places! Their teriyaki sauce is to die for, I buy the bottles and put it in burgers and they are amazing! If you’re looking for a new favorite place, you have to try Mo Bettahs!
