The food is always good. My problem is the card reader makes you select a tip amount before paying and the minimum amount is 10% i dont believe a tip should be forced and 10% should not be given for actually doing your job- Do better Noodles and Co

i went in, and i couldn’t find why i usually get on the menu, the lady that was working the register was so cold and acted extremely bothered when i asked if i could get pasta. she made me feel stupid for wanting something specific, instead of helping me find it on the menu. don’t recommend.
We came to pick up our order & there was no one to be found, no workers! The food we got this night was awful, greasy & no flavor. Very little chicken. It was the worst I have ever had from Noodles & Co

We catered lunch for our company and our staff loved everything! The bread sticks were awesome and the desserts were a great surprise. The pasta was great and the staff was really friendly to work with. The value for the cost was good too. Happy overall!

Really good food. I was happy to see the pasta fresco back on the menu and my daughter got the mac-n-cheese which has been updated to a much creamier sauce that looked delicious. A little slow getting our order taken but then they got it out to us pretty quickly. The restaurant itself felt clean and well maintained.
