I normally wouldn’t do this but I feel I have to because the experience I just had was pretty poor. I ordered a medium smoothie and once it was done it came in what’s very clearly a small cup which I guess is fine but when I said to the workers that I asked for a medium, the girls other coworker snapped at me and said, “no that is a medium” which I was caught a little off guard by. I grabbed my drink and walked away but what really upset me was when I went to sit down, I noticed them looking at me and yes there was no chance they weren’t, they were just standing there laughing at me. Now I don’t know if they had a bad day but horrible service and very unprofessional workers there. Very disappointed with this place and would much rather recommend any other place in that mall then those bratty kids that run Orange Julius
Me and my coworkers stop by this place a lot bc the smoothies are so good!! But the customer service is the worst ever!!!! Sometimes when you get to the counter no one shows up for minutes, sometimes all the workers are sitting on the floor on their phones too, not even aware I’m there trying to order! Get them some chairs at least, maybe then they will see me trying to order
Theresa is probably the worst employee she is very rude and gives bad energy, usually when I see her working I just don’t go, bc she makes me feel like a bother to her, But all employees are bad listeners when I say no ice they give me it anyways every time
We walked passed this location and from afar one wouldn’t even be able to tell this shop was open. The employees were hunched backed sitting down behind the counter in their phones. When we approached the counter then we finally saw that it was open and that the employees that we’re supposed to be working were just hidden behind the register. They looked up at us from their phones. I swear they looked like cavemen that have just seen fire. Hunched back, wide eyes and all. Anyways I have the most simplest order. Just a medium coke. The blonde big headed little boy in some interesting green zip up picked up my cup, set it down and proceeded to text one of his friends a whole essay and after he was done texting then he FINALLY filled up my cup. Does he know that the customer isn’t supposed to wait on him? The manager needs to work on training these 14 year olds. If you don’t know how to work with customers don’t work in customer service:)

Stopped by to grab a Pina colada Julius and it was pretty much just watered down with no flavor. I took one sip and threw it away, it was so terrible. $7 for some nasty watered down drink is an absolute joke!

Wow oh wow! This place is really something special. Last week was my first (but definitely not my last) time patronizing this establishment. The drinks were great as expected, but what really stood out was the customer service. The two girls working were very friendly and attentive to my needs. They were so fun to chat with even after they made my drink. You know how teenage employees can be so disrespectful to elderly people. That was not the case this time! Maddie and Shasa were clearly standouts from the rest of their generation. My grandkids could learn a thing or two from these cuties ?

Ordered a small smoothie with 2 scoops of protein. Server gave me half what I paid for. Said her manager doesn’t allow them to give more than 12oz. Kinda defeats the purpose of paying extra for protein since it makes it thicker and end up giving you less. Not happy feel like I got

The girl working the register was on her phone while taking my order when I asked for no ice in my fountain drink.She proceeded to fill my drink and when I reminded her that I asked for no ice she said it was too late and gave it to me.

I ordered a Original Pina Colada, and the girl who works the night shift with the black hair just used the rest of the juice from the previous customer and it just ran out of flavor, I went to claim my rights and she treated me badly. The other attendant went to make a new one and makes the same as the first one without flavor. Terrible attendance! They put people who do not know how to treat the customer and do not even know the rights of the consumer.

After I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for an orange Julius I noticed a small sign posted saying "Blenders are broken" How are you in business to make smoothies and all of your blenders are broken? News flash there's a home store down the mall aways I'm sure they have blenders.
Super disappointed in this location, I went to go and buy an orange Julius for me and then use my storytime coupon for a free 5 oz for my little one and they told me they've already cleaned their blenders for the night so I can't order in an orange Julius. It is 8:05, So what's the point of being open for the last hour if you've already cleaned your blenders???
For all of the years I have "eaten" at OJ I have never had a bad OJ here. Super consistent. Great quality and taste.
Service wasn’t good I stood there for a bit while the employee at the cash register was on her phone until she noticed me. It was very unprofessional and rude. If that service keeps up your gonna lose customers
