Our server James was fantastic! He was so quick at seating us, taking empty plates, filling water, etc. Without us having to even think or ask about it! We shared a big breakfast and everything was excellent! The booths are comfortable and the theme is super cozy and cute! The condiments were fully stocked and the hot sauce options were great! I will definetly come back and hopefully James will be my server again!!!

I never leave reviews but i had such a good experience at Black Bear Diner in Orem. Our server Tyler was the sweetest. She was so friendly and was always keep us informed and drinks full throughout the evening. She cleaned up a spill we had and was so patient with us. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

hopefully this is a one time occurrence, went a whole meal without drinks, asked 4 times… finally brought drinks to go because we were done eating, no straws. tough lesson to learn not to drink before your shift. welcome to the real world.
