I loved this place they have so many cool options for macros and high protein drinks and food with low sugar which is super super convenient. It’s adorable. The shop owners are awesome and it tastes amazing. It’s very light but filling which is so convenient for something with so much nutrients in it. I will definitely be going back to try more!

1st time going and It's a very nice small local shop, the service was very nice and was greeted by both workers who looked like the owners, menu is confusing for first time customers as there is no order to where to find drinks or smoothies or food, a bit on the pricier side when it comes to going consistently, definitely not my style of food and drink but i can appreciate the type of food and drink they're offering and their target demographic is people who want to eat well while watching calories and macros which is awesome. I was chased down to leave a review, which isn't my favorite. I had protein waffles and a mango juice. Waffles were soft and flavorful tasted like protein waffles like kodak and drink tasted more like peach than mango. Good overall
