Panda Express but doesn’t hurt your stomach. Love the teriyaki options they have. Never had a bad experience. The hot sauce chili is amazing. Make sure you grab some!

I used to go to the one in Salt Lake, but I gave this place a try today—OMG, it’s amazing! The teriyaki chicken is incredibly juicy and delicious. If I ever come to Orem again, this will definitely be a must-visit spot!

Teriyaki chicken: Very bland with an odd after taste.

This place used to have different cooks and front of house employees. I just ate at Teri Gao in Provo and found out that all the old employees from here moved there! The new cooks here aren't that great and the food tastes different, glad I found Teri Gao since it tastes the same as this place used to taste!

1/25 asked for more veggies and less chicken and they gave me more broccoli than usual. Add mushrooms. Soba noodles cost extra but are yummy. If you don’t get chicken everyone will be hungry in an hour.

Food was very fast and tasty but there were hardly any vegetables and a lot of meat. It used to be 90% of the vegetables is cabbage, 8% broccoli and 2 % carrots but it was better recently.

It’s just not the same without my Asian king

I have been eating here for years. I like it but no one else in my family does. Bonus it is a mall food court so we can all get what we want.

I always get the veggie delight. The amount of sauce, rice and veggies is often inconsistent. I enjoy that most of the time because it keeps even the same meal fun for me.

My son eats there with me often. He usually gets the teriyaki chicken and says it is a 4 for him.

Amazing flavor, very charismatic and attentive service team

I bought beef and chicken teriyaki. Chicken was as expected. Beef tasted like an old bull. Would not recommend this place.

Not the same. Food isn't what it used to be, but its drastically different and its not nearly as great as it used to be. Also they have hidden prices too.

The food is really good but i was surprised that the cashier doesn’t speak good english. My boyfriend was trying to order and she couldn’t understand what he was saying… .

THIS IS NOT THE SAME OSAKA WE ARE USED TO… either the owners have changed or the owner did a staff overhaul because the chefs that used to be there they did such a wonderful job are no longer there in this place has gone downhill horribly…

I ordered the Steak and Shrimp with noodles and vegetables came to $18.67 + an $5 tip and I only got 5 shrimp. I asked for more and was told no… So, infuriating.
The beef was very tough and the vegetables had a weird aftertaste…

It pains me to write this review. I have been a customer at Osaka for over 10 years. I used to pay $7 dollars for what now costs $14. That increase cannot be entirely attributed to inflation. I would be a little more forgiving on the price if the food still tasted like it used to. It is still good food, but as others have stated, its just not the same. I am not sure if it is the ingredients or the chefs that have made the difference. Unfortunately, these changes have made me a far less frequent customer.

Best Japanese food I’ve ever had especially for food at a mall it’s so good and they fill it to the point where the plate can barely close for the price this is better than Panda Express and it has great flavor they also ask if you want extra sauce on top and they have diffrent types of drinks it’s really good
