Everything went wrong with our food. The waiter never came back in and filled up our drinks. They made my moms well steak rare for. They cut it up in small pieces and burnt it and then served her.
The chicken sandwich had a red vein in it. The manager was terrible. He was like a deer caught in the headlights. We wanted to go to Texas roadhouse but there was an hour wait we called up outback and outback had zero wait and now we know why.

Portions were very small in comparison to Texas Roadhouse, especially for the much higher prices. Shrimp was dry and too small and there were only four. Loaded mash potatoes were good but very small portion. I always get an 8oz steak and though they should be the same size as Texas Roadhouse, the steak was much smaller.

Sorry .. steak, fries, Mac & cheese all too spiced for our taste, masking delicious natural flavors.

I was really disappointed. 3 of our steaks and one order of chicken were salted to the extreme. One steak was rare when it was supposed to be medium,and my steak had membranes so tough my knife would not cut them. I had to scrape my meat off of them. Easily the most disappointing steak I have ever had at a restaurant. Our server was easily the best part of this meal
