Took a solid five minutes for a employee to notice me. Food was bland and very undercooked, discolored. There are so many great restaurants in Orem and This Panda Express is absolutely not one of them.

Panda needs to hire more workers. Came in and the chow mein was all cabbage with some noodles. Most of the entrees were out or just veggie scraps with no protein. Went to two pandas and both were in the same state.
Honestly I miss the old workers, they used to be so kind. Now they are all attitude and rude. First I went through the drive thru because I am on lunch for work so I had to be fast, and all I got was straight attitude when I asked for an empty box because me and my boyfriend were splitting the meal. Second when I ask for an extra fork and some more sweet and sour sauce she’s like I already gave you some with attitude like seriously I’m sharing with my boyfriend I need more than just 3 little packets. Then I get back to work just to find part of my order I paid for was not even in the bag! Furious I went back and ran inside. Keep in mind I was in a rush! I got ignored by everyone, the guy ignores me and walks to help the people that walked in behind me. And the manager walks in I look at her in irritation because she just ignored me also like your a manger what the hell are you doing! Finally I just interrupt a girl because I’m tired of because a ghost and she acts like she’s sorry like I appreciate the act of niceness but things should be done right the first time! That store needs new management and new employees this is ridiculous!

Ordered white rice, they gave me fried rice. Ordered a cheese rangoon, they gave me an eggroll. What??? Can you read??
I ordered on the app 20 minutes before arriving to the store. It said I needed to be there at 7 for my food. I arrived at 7 and was never helped by the employees but rather they prioritized everyone in line. After waiting for 15 minutes in the store, they finally started my food. What is the point in ordering ahead if I have to wait 40+ minutes on my order. Awful service.

Got here 15 mins after they opened and they didn’t have any fried rice. Said it would be a few minutes wait. No problem. Took them 25 mins to cook the rice. So an hour after they opened, they finally had some rice

My daughter bought food here during her lunch break through the drive thru and when she went to eat her food she found this bug on her vegetables. She went back in to show the employees and they refunded her money and gave her a $15 gift card to compensate her, but this still doesn't do justice to her loss of the opportunity to eat during her lunch break. In addition to being disgusted, he had to go back to work without eating because he wasn't going to buy another plate with more bugs and he didn't have time to shop anywhere else. We do not recommend this place to eat.
