I regularly get the teriyaki chicken and ever since the sauce went from cups to packets, I haven't been receiving teriyaki sauce, is that no longer included? I've had to remind employees before leaving the register, I've gone back inside for it, and I've driven back because I didn't realize until I was home. Well I'm not driving back this time, I just got some dry chicken now. So is it still included with the meal or are the employees not performing well and not doing their job? All I've listed has happened at this location and is closest but maybe just go to a different panda express if you want the complete meal.

Decided to spend my hard earned money to bring some good food home for the family after work. They skimped on the orange chicken so much that Dad went without dinner, not to mention they left out the small box of extra orange chicken that I ordered. The Chow main was terrible and so stale you didnt want to try a second bite despite how hungry we all were. looks like tonight we go to bed on empty stomachs. Praying we dont get sick!

Stood at the counter for 5-10 mins while these two just sat there talking, filling online orders, never was greeted once, nobody offered to take my order, just ignored for 10 minutes til I finally left
