I usually eat here but I noticed when I ordered today that there was something in my food that looked like the food had been dropped onto the floor so I couldn’t eat it anymore

Horrific, it was nothing but drowning in sauce, everything was soggy, got Charged for a bigger plate but was only wanting a regular plate. Staff didn’t seem to care. Food tastes old.

Showed up ten minutes before closing time and they closed early. Definitely disappointed. If you’re going to close early, make sure to advertise it.

The lady that was taking my order was being quite rude tonight. She made me repeat myself multiple times, had an attitude the entire time, and talked down to me like I was stupid. If you cannot handle the stress of working in fast food, then find a new career.

So I just wanted to preface this by saying that usually when I come here, my service has been relatively quick. However, today I waited about 45 minutes for my food past the time it said it would be ready on the app. I really don't blame the employees for this, I know they get busy.
I think that this is more default of poor design on the app's part. What I learned today is that the time estimate on the app is essentially meaningless and probably has nothing to do with the current state of the store. I've seen many other franchises that utilize apps able to manage this effectively, so I know it's not unreasonable to ask that the app just give the actual wait time. I think the app should make it possible to cancel an order if employees have not started putting it together yet, and I think it's silly that I essentially had to wait as long as I did because this company had my $12 hostage.
I like Panda Express and I probably will come back to this store eventually. I just probably will not order again using the app.

WHERE'S THE CHICKEN?! lol It's ok. Just don't get the orange chicken, it seems like it's made from chicken feet. What is wrong with your chicken? You can't even chew it!. The rice is great. The non breaded chicken is good. But we always went for the orange chicken. After 10 tries, we give up.

We placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. Everything went smooth until we got home and realized how SPICY the Kung Pao Chicken was. We couldn’t even eat it!! The amount of Chiles I hand to dig out was DISGUSTING. 🤢 I hope someone is listening.

The food here is always amazing, the inside is nice and clean. Only issue is sometimes they mess up the order in the drive through. The employee Carter was so nice, turning our plate and a side into a large plate to save us money.
