I went to this location , around 1:13pm there was a worker there I think she’s manger and she was taking our order but in front of me there was 2 girls and I guess one of them was there daughter or family members and there were served a ton of food while the rest of us were served a small portion and what I can see they didn’t pay nothing for there food if there going to do that then we should not get to pay at all

We love Panda for an affordable meal for our family. This location was especially attentive to our needs and offered extra plates and things without us having to ask! I tried calling multiple times. No picked up the phone. My order was given to be incomplete. There’s a lack of awareness being displayed at the team members of this location. And needs to be addressed. As a reoccurring guest this is not the first I’ve noticed this. This is by far the worst I’ve ever seen.

A man in front of me noticed something in his fountain drink and made me aware of it. I’d already drank a bunch of my own drink and looked down to see the crud inside. We kindly let the staff know there was something up with machine. They weren’t very helpful and acted like we inconvenienced them for saying something. Please clean your machines regularly, swap out one or two of your not so nice employees or train them better. Thanks!

1-7-2025 Within the first two seconds of entering, this was a start contrast from the Provo BYU one.
I was greeted by the cashier who was helping a customer. The girl in the corner wiping down tables welcomed me as well.
Both of them came over to serve me and the other customer who came in immediately after me. They were friendly, nice, and welcoming.
The food was hot and I was very pleased. Thank you guys!!

Panda needs to hire more workers. Came in and the chow mein was all cabbage with some noodles. Most of the entrees were out or just veggie scraps with no protein. Went to two pandas and both were in the same state.

Food was good, all the other staff was nice, but Celeste is the reason I’m only rating 4 stars. Her service does not match the consistent upbeat energy I’ve experienced in the past. She also forgot some of my food which was disappointing to discover when I got home. I hope the manager cares enough to resolve the issues she is portraying.
