Papa John’s Pizza

Always I buy my occasionally food in this place. I tiling today because the guys of delivery it’s very amazing. Very fast service good atención and nice food. Thank u staff papa Jhons.

We ordered pizzaand had it delivered. When it arrived, it was a disaster. We called the store and they offered to replace it, on the condition we send the messed up pizza back. We had no problem with that and appreciated the offer. 40 minutes later, the delivery girl shows up and looks at the pizza and tells us it looks edible and they would not exchange it. So now we have cold, messed up pizza. The store manager offered to remake it and send again, but by this time our kids are hungry and don’t want to wait for another 40 minutes. The manager was kind in dealing with this and did his best to make it right, but the experience overall was a huge disappointment.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have had with a restraunt. We ordered eight pizzas from this location roughly 6 days ago. The order came and we only received six pizzas. Three of which were chicken Alfredo pizza when we had asked and confirmed that they would be pasta. All pizzas except one had the garlic sauce tops opened and spilt all over the pizzas and created garlic soggy greasy crust. We called and spoke with Dani who was kind enough to replace three pizzas for future order. We called and ordered three pizzas this evening. A cheese, pepperoni and extravaganza. The delivery man came and only had two pizzas. I confirmed we should have had three and what the toppinga were. He said that he had on his delivery two pepperoni's. I called to let them know there was a mistake. The manager on tonight was very irritable, aggitated and became aggressive. She hung up on me and said she needed to go make my pizza, mind you she would only replace one and it was a pepperoni. Because of her behavior I called back to ask her name to call the owner the next day. A male answered the phone and refused to give her name as he attempted to be antagonistic and ask my name. I gave him my name and ask for his and the managers name to which he replied that he was billbo bagging. I told him I was going to come pick up our pizza. I got to the door at 943, pick up deadline is 945. The door was locked but the workers were there talking and ignoring us. The driver came over, unlocked the door and let us in. What persued was bizarre behavior from a male worker, female worker and the driver.All ignored us. I was recording and the driver said he did not know what was going on. As we watched both the male and female worker disappear into what I assume was the office. The male worker came out and I ask who the manager was on duty. He ignored me and then turned to stare and rolled his eyes. I asked again and he ended up quietly responding, Addy. I try to confirm that's what he said and

We love the thin crust with everything. I will say they would be a 4 except the telephone order taker was totally difficult to understand. The call center needs people who can do a better job. The store folks when questioned said that when they call the call center they have the same problem. Regardless, the pizza is the best!

Not only did they give my brother the run around because they apparently didn't get my online order though I got a confirmation code; but they apparently don't even know their own menu.while trying to order off of their specialties menu my brother was told the pizzas didnt exist so he had tp pull up the website to show them. On top of that our order was wrong. Worst service experience ever.
