Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I rarely write reviews but this was so bad. Terrible customer service, & pizza’s were both wrong. We went in at 7:35 & the woman working was visibly upset when we walked in. She asked if it was a pick up, & when we said no, she acted completely put out throwing her head back and stormed off to the back to get the other employee (Dominic) He was so annoyed, he literally threw his hands on his hand and threw his head back. They were obviously very clearly annoyed they had to make the pizza’s because they were trying to close early (not until 8pm) I would understand if it was actually close to their closing, but 25 mins before on a Thursday night seems ridiculous to act that way. We chose papa Murphy’s because our kids are picky and (if made correctly), they actually eat it. It was extremely uncomfortable so we tried to get out as fast as we could- my husband still leaving them a tip. When we got home, we realized both pizzas were wrong-our pepperoni pizza had ZERO pepperonis, and the other was made with white sauce instead of marinara-which we clarified with her twice. The entire experience was so uncomfortable and now beyond frustrating. Definitely won’t be going back.

I ordered 3 garlic chicken and 1 cheese all large pizzas. To be made with thin crust!! After I finished delivering them around the utah county to my family members I got home a cooked 1 for myself. It was regular hand tossed crust. I said thin crust atleast 10 times. I even verified when I picked them up it was thin crust. To say I was pissed after spending $80 on pizzas I hate would be an understatement.. never again!!

Order was messed up and it's grossly over priced. Tried to call, can't get through and voicemail is full and then hangs up in you. Ordered Hawaiian pizza and there was no pineapple.
