Monday night September 18th. I walk in 20 - 30 minutes after I place my order. I hear laughing in the back. No one was aware about the 3-4 online tickets in the receipt machine. "What order?" "Oh!! These orders!!!" Just amateur hour over here. I am a bit frustrated since I now have to wait even longer for my food.I am posting this review in hopes that the service improves. Just a bit disappointed. I have hangry kids at home and need to get them fed.Maybe it'll be better next time.

Not too pleased with this location. Ordered 2 family size stuffed pizzas, get there to pick them up....only 1 was stuffed. I asked the girl n she just looked at me and said "Yeah those r both stuffed??" Clearly only 1 was stuffed, if I wasn't in a rush to get home and quite a few people in front of me and behind me, I would have asked them to fix it. Get in my car on the way home n notice I did get charged for 2 stuffed pizzas.

I would not recommend using the app to order at this location. They take walk-ins above any other order. I placed an order at 5:15 to be ready in 30 minutes. Got to the store at 5:30. I watched people walk-in place their orders and leave while I stood waiting. As they were told walkings come first. I stood there for 30 minutes watching them leave with their pizzas. What's the point of ordering Online or apps, If it doesn't speed up the process. What a joke.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!I have had a couple experiences where they will forget something on the order (obvious things like peperoni on a peperoni pizza). If you pick it up yourself, you can have them fix it, if not, good luck. Their refund policy makes it hard as hell to actually get one.Most recent order (delivery through third party) they messed up EVERY item severely. Peperoni had maybe 6 peperoni on it, chicken bacon artichoke had no bacon. And they were completely missing one item.

Took 10-15 minutes just to order 2 simple pizza Tuesday specials inside the store even though there were 2 customers at that time only! 3 kids employees were not trained properly (they had poor customer skills and pathetic attitude too!) They tried to overcharge me as well!! Poor customer service overall. One of the employees was trying to flirt with my young son which made us both so uncomfortable! The store was dirty with food laying everywhere on the counters and floor!! It took an additional 10-15 minutes just to make 2 pizzas. We left so disappointed and dissatisfied and grossed out!!!! What happened to the manager lately?

I went in and ordered a family size stuffed crust big murphys with no mushrooms the guy who took my order did not listen . First they made a big murphys thin crust with mushrooms. Then they started making it again as a thin crust so I asked him," you did get that that was a stuffed crust big murphy no mushrooms." He said no. Long story short they never did get it right. I will not be going back to this pappa murphys. The customer service there is non existent and the employees dont know what they are doing.
