Can't get a hold of them. They expect their call center out in the Philippines to take all their calls. Well I ordered from door dash and they don't have an option for crushed red pepper so I thought I'd just call the store and have them put it with my pizza.
But you can't call them! You get a line busy when trying to call. Will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again! Lazy employees who can't take a phone call and taking jobs from America paying Philippines. I know how they get paid. Their working for 60¢ an hour! Didn't know pizza hut was that scummy and cheap

I am now under the impression that Pizza Hut is totally incompetent as a food chain now, at least in Utah. I ordered from the 800 N Orem location since the closer University Parkway Orem location has screwed my order up many times, the last time was a 45 minute wait past my pick up time. Lo and behold, the 800 N store not to be out done only has enough ham for just one of my Pizzas but whatever, I can make do. So, then I check my order and they forget to cook one of my bags of breadsticks, now another 10 min has been tacked on to my wait time. Let’s see what my food looks like when I get it. I have no faith that Pizza Hut will try to improve their service so I think I’m just gonna officially done with Pizza Hut. Enough is enough.
UPDATE: There was a long hair baked into my breadsticks.

Never again! I called in an order and paid extra for 2 pan pizzas. When my husband went to pick it up, he had to wait forever because there was a screw up on the order before him. When we opened up the order at home, it was a correct, not pan pizzas and they were cold. I tried calling the store and they did not answer, when I called headquarters, they were no help. Lousy food, and lousy service.

I ordered my food and they never delivered it. So I called about it and was hung up on. They made me then come pick up the food after remaking it and didn't give me a discount or anything to make up for this mess up. Never going to pizza hut again.

The guy at the register was really chill and nice even though we took forever to order. Then the guy in the back making the pizzas did a fantastic job. Nice and hot ? ?
I've never seen pizza cut so cleanly as this. I didn't have to make any additional cuts at all to separate the slices. I'm used to that from other pizza makers, but Pizza Hut does it right.
The pizzas look like they're straight out of a guide on how to make the perfect pizza. And the taste is incredible. Pizza Hut is much more generous with their toppings than any other pizza place I've ever gone to. I was pleasantly surprised by everything about my order.
The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful. They smiled and spoke so warmly to my young son as they let us know they were working on the pizzas and when they handed them to us. I'm only sorry I didn't try Pizza Hut earlier. I can't wait to go back for more. They're quite possibly the best pizza restaurant I've ever had the pleasure of patronizing.

I love this location, I go in there at least twice a week if not more the last few months and get the chicken Alfredo pasta and sticks dinner. I pay exact change everytime, everyone there is awesome except today, today there was a lady I’d never seen before, she wasn’t rude but just had that vibe. I noticed the marinara was missing from the breadsticks. “Excuse me, sorry, looks like you forgot the sauce” “Oh, sauce doesn’t come with the pasta and sticks meal” “oh… cause I come here all the time and there’s always a sauce in there” she responds “well there shouldn’t be!” I say “ok.. well can I buy one then? I’d still like sauce with my sticks” “Yep $1.25”. Anyway, I paid for it, but sadly I guess I’ll find somewhere else to go, bummer, that place was awesome. Really though? Breadsticks but sauce cost extra today.

The food was great and the guy was nice. I was extremely upset that I thought I was ordering a $13 pizza (advertised online) but was told I have to pay $21 because I didn't tell them I saw the ad! I won't be back, sadly.

I will literally never go to pizza hut again! I have severe tremors in my hands and had the staff bully me because of it. I ordered it online and ordered quite a few pizzas for my big family so spent quite a bit of money. When I went in to pick up my ready order, they started making ablest comments and joking around pretending to shake like I do. When I said something about it, they only got worse having only recently developed this issue made the comment so much worse because I was still struggling to understand my condition. I reached out to management and corporate and got nothing. No response, no care not at all. The pizzas didn't taste good, some are burnt. Some are undercooked and worse, Still management backed their disgusting, abusive staff and did nothing to support or apologize to me. If you have any type of disability, don't go to Pizza Hut. Especially this location, because Pizza Hut, is abellist and supports bullying! Go next door and buy a frozen pizza instead! It'll taste better (even frozen) and you'll have better customer service.

when we walked in the man behind the counter told us he didn’t work there so we looked at the girl literally standing right in front of the counter that DOES work there and she just stared at us. not a hello or how can i help you. we stood there for several minutes before anyone acknowledged us. when we finally got our order, they didn’t give us one of the pizzas or a few other items we ordered and we had to go back in twice to get everything straightened out. the lack of customer service was what really bothered us, a simple “hey we’ll be right with you” would’ve been more than enough to not annoy us.
