I couldn't help but notice everywhere in that Pizza Hut was nasty dirty. I watched the manager handling toppings without gloves on. She was in plain sight and didn't realize customers were watching, while employees did have gloves, lol!! I will NEVER go there again!!

I made an order 4 hours in advanced to pick up at 6:30. Not only was it not ready, I learned it hadn't even been put in the oven. No one was at the front and I received no explanations. This needs a quality inspection or something because I am ashamed that this kind of service can even exist. Also, the person who I talked to kept printing and immediately destroying the receipts.

We come every six months or so to this location to renew school reading coupons, and each time, I’ve seen absolute kindness and sweetness from the employees to my children. They congratulate them and encourage them and respond so positively. I’ve been so impressed.

According to the app, my order was ready at 5:45 pm and it was 6:20 pm and it was not ready. The girl still asked for a tip because she felt sad if we didn't leave her tip.at the end of the wait she still forgot about the pasta we ordered and we better left. super bad service today 04/10/2024 ??

My food was absolutely destroyed. Driver was kind enough to return with the drinks that were originally forgotten . I do APPRECIATE that . But the condition of the 50 dollars in pizza was unbelievable and the store didn't answer me or my wife's calls tonight before closing. so we will be calling in the morning. I have my receipt as well . I have never experienced something like this ever ordering food.

I remember why I started going to Costco. My medium pepperoni pizza had 12 pieces of pepperoni on it and the chicken pizza had 10 very small dried out micro chunks of chicken on it with such a small amount of cheese you could see the burnt crust through it. Will NOT be ordering anything again.

It's been a while since we have had Pizza Hut because of bad past experiences. We were hopeful we'd have a better experience. We paid over $30 for a medium and large pizza (using the deal section), and were terribly disappointed with what we got. Our large pizza had a 2" crust and hardly any toppings. And our medium meat lovers pizza was very light on toppings. I don't mind spending money for good food, but feel ripped off when the food is sub-par. We definately won't be back!

Ordered online pickup 24 hours in advance at this location for a Halloween party. Upon arrival at the order pickup time, pizzas not only weren't ready, but then had to wait almost 1 hour in the lobby, until the pizzas were finally made!In the meantime, people walked in after my arrival, placed orders at the counter, had pizzas prepared, paid, and left with their pizzasManager "Ryan," who initially told me he'd have it ready "in five minutes," then came out, said he'd "lost the order," and berated me in front of his employees and a lobby full of customers.I've never been so publicly humiliated in my life. He told me (after 50 minutes) that I should be more patient because they were busy, and then told me I could leave.Had I not had a house full of hungry children awaiting the meal, I certainly would have left an hour earlier when it was supposed to have been ready, but wasn't.Another employee at the counter in a wheelchair was the polar opposite of his manager. He was kind to all customers, constantly apologizing for how slow pickup orders were rolling out, and visibly embarrassed by the public tirade of his manager.Bottom line: Horrible, horrible experience!! With a manager like Ryan, the north-Orem Pizza Hut won't have many returning customers for much longer.

So we went in and ordered, waited for 30 minutes just for the kid to tell us he forgot to put our pizza in and had to wait another 25 minutes. I get it but they were y real busy & then one of the pizzas was not right with what we had ordered.
