Don't order from here. Your order is likely to get cancelled for no reason, and you won't know until you call an hour later. If by some miracle you do get your order it will probably be wrong.

This quit possibly is the worst Pizza Hut in the Orem/Provo area. The food is not bad but they frequently are running out of stock of dough and items and are calling people to cancel their orders due to lack. Last time they forgot to throw my breadsticks in so that I had to wait and extra 15 min. Today my order is 30 min behind. Here I stand on a room full of customers and door dashers… waiting. It’s probably time to start avoiding this location.

Food is good, everything else is a crapshoot. The last 3 times we've ordered, we never got it for one reason or another. We've had them just not deliver or mismark it as a pickup and not call us or anything until we called 90+ minutes later. Once they put us on hold and and after waiting a crazy amount of time I decided to just leave it on speaker and wait for them while I did stuff around the house. It was more than 6 hours later until I finally hung up. Today the delivery driver mistakenly took our order to Provo, we live in Orem. After messaging with the driver and telling them it was an Orem address we were then treated to radio silence. They returned the pizza and now 2+ hours later we have no food, return money in limbo and now have to find other food. I used to really like this location, we ate here semiweekly. It has consistently gotten worse and worse over the last 5 years. They are too short staffed and now rely on Door dash for deliveries. They need their own drivers again. I know this isn't the fault of the staff but management needs to know. Only not giving 1 star because if you do actually get your food, it's pretty good.

Had the opportunity to have the store run out of supplies to even make breadsticks. When trying to deal with the store to fix the situation I was blown off even though the manager (Shalese) said they would take care of the situation and call me back. There was zero follow-up. Use them at your own risk. You may not get all your order and they don’t care to help.

We waited over our allotted timeframe for our food and when it was finally delivered SURPRISE it was someone else’s order.
We tried calling repeatedly from two different numbers to try to get our pizza or literally any help with no answer even an hour later. Let’s be real no Pizza Hut is so busy that they can’t answer the phone.
We spent over $50 worth of two pizzas, breadsticks, and a drink and received two pizzas that weren’t ours and had some wild toppings.
I contacted the general support for Pizza Hut and their solution was a coupon for 2 medium pizzas. Which wouldn’t even cover what we ordered tonight. I asked for a refund and they told me we had to wait 1-3 business days to even talk to a manager, not to mention we cannot get ahold of the store.
This is the worst experience, and we will never be ordering from Pizza Hut in general again.

The employee slid a receipt across the counter for me to sign. She didn’t tell me there’s an automatic 20% tip pre-loaded. I didn’t have a choice or an option to change it or not to tip. It’s one thing to say tipping is getting out of control, which it is, but an automatic 20% tax on my pizza for no reason? No thanks. Won’t be back.
