I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I ordered a pizza around 6:45pm local time online, and the online tracker said to expect the delivery around 7:30pm. When I didn't see the tracker update to preparing until almost 7:30pm, I figured, okay, it's likely to be late, now sitting at almost 8:20pm. Still haven't received food. The online tracker is still sitting at being prepared, and when I tried to call in to ask for an update on a new time estimate, I never made it to an actual person. Had an automated bot ask me some basic filtering questions, put me in queue for the store to get the call, and then the line hung up on me. So, with no way of knowing if I'll ever get my food, I'd say 0/5 for the food, cause what food? NA/5 for atmosphere cause ordering on line, and 1/5 for the service, cause at least the automated voice service was polite.

8/1/2025-C (3-part review) I went in and picked it up since they had no drivers. But look at the pics! They had drivers (check pics). Smh... I can't stand cheap businesses who don't care and feel they have to lie to customers.
I included the pics of the replacement pizza and the comped breadsticks. The pizza was still way overcooked, the crust was crunchy with zero softness. There was more pepperoni for sure, so that was good. And the comped bread was way overcooked as well. If that's quality control, then remind me to never eat there again. Such a waste, and practically inedible. Yuck!
8/1/2025-B I called in to report the problem. The manager hung up on me after the girl put me on hold. I had to call again and instead of sending me to the store, it sent me to some out-of-country service center. (They had terrible customer service and were hard to understand.) Finally I was able to get them to transfer me to the store.
They're willing to remake the pizza and hopefully get it right this time, but apparently they have no more delivery drivers so they couldn't deliver it to me. This was a confusing concept to me. So they said that they'd deliver other people's orders, but they had no delivery drivers for me, to make my order right.
What kind of side-show are they running?! I don't know what's going on down there, but lots of major red flags!!
The kid on the phone was super nice and sympathetic. He seemed a bit clueless but he pulled through and said he'd personally remake it and make sure it wasn't burned and had the correct toppings. So there's that.
I'll post a picture of the corrected product when we go to get it.
8/1/2025-A This is the worst looking pizza I've ever seen. It's hard, burnt, the toppings weren't even right. Very disappointed.
I ordered double cheese and double pepperoni and they barely gave me any pepperoni. Definitely not double. (check the included picture)
I guess this is my reminder why Pizza Hut isn't my go to pizza place. The delivery driver and his trainee were super nice.

I had been on the road all day and just wanted to relax so I decided to order delivery to my motel room. Ordered a pizza, mozzarella sticks and a 2 sauces. The order was delivered on time and smelled delicious. Opened the boxes and I got the correct pizza, but instead of motzerrela sticks and sauce, I got French fries and ketchup. Called the store to say the order was messed up and was told that they are not responsible for an order once the Uber driver takes it.... And I would need to bring the fries and ketchup to the store for an exchange!!!
Please explain to me 2 things: 1: The online receipt from PH was correct and showed the mozzarella sticks.The receipt on the delivery box (FROM PH) was wrong and showed French fries.
The employee i talked to placed the blame completely on the Uber driver and said to correct it, I would need to got to the store to get the correct item
